Meet Aaron Rose

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Aaron Rose. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Aaron , thank you so much for making time for us today. Let’s jump right into a question so many in our community are looking for answers to – how to overcome creativity blocks, writer’s block, etc. We’d love to hear your thoughts or any advice you might have.

The first thing I do when I hit a creative block is recognize that my mind is overwhelmed. That’s usually a signal that there’s too much going on in my life, and I need to pause. I’ve learned that blockages are just my mind’s way of telling me to slow down and rest. We live in a world where people constantly try to push through everything, but they don’t know how to recognize mental fog or practice real relaxation.

For me, the answer is to step outside and ground myself in nature. Once I release that built-up stress from my body because everything is energy; that’s when clarity starts to return. I get plenty of sunlight, take walks, and I also work with crystals from the Earth. Crystals help move stagnant energy and clear those internal blockages.

Yoga, stretching, calisthenics; all of that plays a role too. Movement is medicine. When I step away from the pressure and allow my body to flow, those blocks start to break apart. Then I can return to my work with fresh energy and a clear mind. It’s not about forcing creativity it’s about aligning with it.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

For the past seven years, I’ve been on a journey of self-mastery and entrepreneurship. My breakthrough started in 2020, when life hit me hard; I lost my job, my relationship, and my home. I was sleeping in my car, navigating survival and stress, but it became the catalyst for something greater. That season forced me inward, and I started asking deeper questions: Who am I, really? What is my purpose?

Through that pain, I found meditation. I dove into fitness, psychology, spirituality, and began reprogramming my mind. I learned how energy works, how the body speaks, and how unhealed patterns keep us stuck. I took all of that and built a business from my healing.

Today, I guide others through that same transformation. I’m a spiritual coach, a certified personal trainer, and I lead guided meditations to help people reset their nervous system and reconnect to their true self. My work bridges both sides of the brain. The logical, business-minded part, and the creative, intuitive side. I’ve always been a jack of all trades, but what truly stuck; the one thing that made a mark; was my brand: Divine Fit™.

Divine Fit is a formula where I combine numerology, astrology, and human design to help people innerstand who they are, why they’re here, how their body communicates, and how they best move through life. Most may think these are just concepts I studied but they’re tools I’ve lived. I used them to rebuild myself. And now I use them to help others do the same.

One of the proudest moments was helping my own mother rediscover who she truly was. She launched her business after getting her Divine Fit reading and that’s when I knew I was walking in purpose. That moment lit a fire in me, and I haven’t stopped since.

Right now, I’m expanding Divine Fit into a full school and global program, offering blueprints, coaching, and corporate trainings for people who want to align their life and work with their soul design. There’s more to come. I love helping people remember who they are and live it fully.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The three most impactful tools in my journey were meditation, shadow work, and self-love.

Meditation was the first portal. Even the word itself carries power: M.E.D., like medicine. It became my healing practice, helping me pause from the chaos of the outside world and listen to the whispers of my inner world. Through meditation, I was able to locate the places in my body and spirit that needed attention, healing, and release.

Shadow work came next. That’s the courageous act of looking at the parts of yourself you’ve buried; the pain, the fears, the patterns passed down from generations. Doing shadow work helped me break generational cycles and release inherited trauma. It gave me the clarity to see what was really blocking me from becoming the highest version of myself.

And most important of all, self-love. Without it, everything else falls apart. If you don’t truly love yourself, you can’t love anyone else in a healthy way. If you’re unaware of your own wounds, you’ll end up wounding others. Self-love is the foundation. It’s what allows you to hold space for your own growth, make empowered decisions, and move through life without needing validation.

My advice to anyone early on their self-discovery journey is this:
Isolate to elevate.
You have to disconnect from the noise of the world and get real with yourself. Being constantly surrounded by people, opinions, and distractions keeps you from hearing your own truth. Nature is your teacher. Stillness is your ally. Silence isn’t empty because it’s full of answers. When you step away from the matrix and tune into your own frequency, that’s when the transformation begins.

Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?

Honestly? The most important book I’ve ever read was The Book of Self. And I don’t mean a published book, I mean the one you write every day just by living and reflecting. See, every self-help book out there; whether it’s about healing, mindset, or motivation, is really someone else’s story about how they overcame. And that can definitely be valuable. I’ve read books that sparked something in me, no doubt. But the biggest shift happened when I stopped seeking everyone else’s answers and started tuning into my own.

The Book of Self is built through journaling, through silence, through observing your own thoughts. It’s written in the way you handle adversity, how you respond to challenges, and how deeply you reflect. Once I started reading my own mind, literally writing and re-reading my thoughts, I discovered that I already had the wisdom I needed.

Most people doubt their inner voice because we’re taught to believe someone else has the key. But the truth is: you’ve been the key all along! When I stopped denying that, when I gave myself permission to trust my own guidance, everything changed. That’s when I started walking in alignment. Not because I read it in a book, but because I remembered it through my own experience.

So yeah… the most impactful book I ever read? Was me.
