Meet Adaeze Nwanonyiri

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Adaeze Nwanonyiri. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Adaeze below.

Hi Adaeze, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
Isolation and daily ritual of self reflection. Words and different types of energies started to intertwine within my soul and I received the answer.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I am a co owner of Bea’s Bakery and in the interior and ingredients design. I try to make sure that the interior is modern and comfortable at the same time. When it comes to the ingredients, my objective is to immerse different cultures food styles in our baked goods. That way everyone has a seat at the table.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Three qualities and skills that were highly impactful in my journey was to not take no for an answer, stay focused and put on your blinders to get to where you want. The best advice I would give to anyone in the early stages of their journey is to invest in a journal to write down your daily manifestations. Additionally, do not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get to work.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?
The Magic of Thinking Big by David Schwartz because it has forced me to think of the positives as opposed to the negatives. Anyone can think negative, but your mind must be trained on a daily basis to think big.
