We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Adam Sanchez. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Adam below.
Adam , we are so appreciative of you taking the time to open up about the extremely important, albeit personal, topic of mental health. Can you talk to us about your journey and how you were able to overcome the challenges related to mental issues? For readers, please note this is not medical advice, we are not doctors, you should always consult professionals for advice and that this is merely one person sharing their story and experience.
By finding the balance between the timeless wisdom of the ancients (even if it may sound cliché: like focusing only on what’s in our control), and practical self-regulation tools such as mindfulness, breath work, fitness, balanced nutrition, and mindset training—all of which have helped me stay grounded and resilient. Life becomes easier when we recognize how many inner resources are available to us.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m a native New Yorker who began exploring spirituality and metaphysical healing at 15. Early emotional struggles and physical health challenges both sparked my lifelong journey of alternative healing where conventional approaches were often fruitless for me. Energy work, Yoga, and holistic wellness, all became my lifelines. My academic background in Psychology and Pre-med, alongside formal Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer certifications, formed the bridge between ancient wisdom and modern science that I needed to see me through these world-changing experiences, which I now guide clients through.
My turning point came just before my 30th birthday, when I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Using the natural healing tools I had been refining for years—like a therapeutic ketogenic/alkaline/vegan diet and psychosomatic trauma work—I reversed the condition in 18 months. That experience now powers my mission: to help others do the same.
Since then, I have been serving my clients and even helping them to reverse the so called incurable,
Today, I help clients reverse so-called incurable conditions—ranging from cancer and diabetes to HIV, heavy metal toxicity, and post-medical trauma—through truly integrative approaches rooted in spiritual science, food-as-medicine, and Medical, Relationship & Soul-Based Astrology Sessions.
Current projects:
“Healing Relationships Through Astrology: Polarity Integration”
This new signature digital-course explores the deeper roots of the “gender wars,” revealing them as hidden codependency in disguise. Using astrology and polarity integration, we uncover how reconciling opposites (the true meaning of “Yoga”) is the spiritual technology we need to rebuild meaningful connection. This is featured on my website now.
In the near future I will be also be offering more of these courses, workshops, and retreats, like my successful “Never Get Sick Again – Immune System Mastery Program (currently refining the process, get in touch for more details in future).
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
-The Powers of Alignment:
My (Yogaworks) Teacher training was a world-class fusion of Ashtanga and Iyengar styles, the latter being unparalleled for its attention to the anatomical alignment of the spine. This Understanding has helped myself and my clients resolve long-standing issues like back or joint pain and postural instability. It is foundational for true self-mastery, safety, and strength.
-Understanding of the principles of Alkalinity:
Recognizing that the body, blood & immunity naturally work in a slightly alkaline environment (blood pH is ideal @ 7.365) is the paradigm shift of our times, but requires a total “food-identity” overhaul, i.e., to eat more whole, alkaline-forming (mineral rich) foods, like vegetables. When the body’s mineralization needs are met in this way, disease does not develop, and can even be reversed. Hippocrates, the founder of Modern Medicine is famously quoted on the ancient practice of Medical Astrology (iatromathematics, from which modern Homeopathy is based) as saying “A physician without a knowledge of Astrology has no right to call himself a physician,” and more importantly, from the alkalinity as immunity perspective: “Let food by thy medicine and medicine by thy food.”
-Astrology as Psycho-Spiritual Insight
Astrology isn’t fortune-telling—it’s a mirror, and has been one of the most powerful tools for both spiritual evolution and practical navigation for myself and my clients alike. During life’s most uncertain, chaotic, or emotionally intense periods, the stars always help to contextualize our personal journey within the larger collective story. Seeing how the past, present, and future align through this lens of “Divine Timing” offers a peace and perspective that no other tradition has given me. It transforms confusion into clarity and brings grounded purpose to even the most challenging moments.
Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
I work best with those who are deeply committed to soul evolution in this lifetime—people who crave meaningful transformation and see deep psychological reflection not as a burden, but as a path to personal liberation, power, and purpose.
