Adele, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
My purpose of connecting creators and innovators in Texas unfolded through introspection and experiences. Observing the untapped potential of collaboration, I questioned: How can I help creatives thrive collectively? This led me to bridge gaps between content creators, marketing enthusiasts, models, and entrepreneurs. Each connection sparked a new realization: uniting diverse minds fuels creativity.
Embarking on a mission to transform the modeling industry, Bolt Mgt embraces the change long overdue. By encouraging diversity, we’re amplifying voices unheard. Connecting brands with faces that mirror their audiences fosters authenticity. This movement isn’t just about looks; it’s about resonating stories. Together, we’re igniting a revolution that bridges gaps, empowers talents, and sparks the change the industry needs.
In Bolt Mgt’s first year, we hosted transformative quarterly events. Each event showcased high levels of creativity and collaboration. During these events, we invite models, photographers, videographers, hair and makeup artists, and stylists to collaborate and network. These connections are sparked on the day of the events and continue to grow as time continues on. Providing a space where creatives can just be creative with others who are in the same headspace, brings an energy that just can’t be described. From our first event, we had multiple models who had yet to dip their toes in the creative community or modeling and have since grown to have a huge impact. A year later- our most recent event had a turn out of around 100 creatives from all over the state of Texas- Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston. We welcome in new creatives as well as veterans, we want to share this experience with as many people as we can.
The reverberation of our events throughout Bolt Mgt’s journey has been extraordinary. They’ve propelled our growth, extended our reach, and magnified our influence within the creative community. We are here to cause an impact and are just beginning.

I’m a driven founder and entrepreneur at the helm of two exciting ventures – a dynamic marketing agency and a visionary modeling agency. With a passion for innovation and a knack for connecting people and brands, I’ve embarked on a journey to create impactful change in both industries.
Through my marketing agency, I’ve harnessed the ever-evolving digital landscape to craft compelling strategies that drive businesses forward. With a seasoned team by my side, we’ve helped brands achieve their goals and leave a lasting mark in their respective markets.
But my journey doesn’t stop there. As the founder of a modeling agency, I’ve set out to redefine industry standards. With a focus on diversity, authenticity, and bridging the gap between brands and talent, I’m committed to shaping a more inclusive and representative space.
My path has been marked by challenges, triumphs, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Each step has fueled my belief in the power of entrepreneurship to transform industries and create opportunities.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Now Is Your Time: The journey of entrepreneurship is often accompanied by uncertainty and fear, but waiting for the “perfect” time might mean waiting forever. Action trumps perfection. Embrace the challenges, learn from setbacks, and remember that growth and success often emerge from stepping out of your comfort zone. Your willingness to take the leap, despite the fear, is what can truly set you on a path to success.
Build a Strong Network: Networking is invaluable for entrepreneurs. Connect with mentors, industry peers, potential customers, and investors. Their insights, guidance, and support can provide valuable perspectives, open doors to opportunities, and help you navigate challenges more effectively.
Embrace Adaptability and Resilience: Entrepreneurship is a journey filled with ups and downs. Be prepared to adapt to changing circumstances, pivot your strategies when needed, and learn from failures. Cultivating resilience will enable you to bounce back stronger and make informed decisions as you navigate the unpredictable terrain of business.
Set Your Goals: Setting quarterly and yearly goals is essential for entrepreneurial success. Goals help track progress and maintain focus. Regular reviews, prioritization, and flexibility are key. Balancing business and personal goals, learning from each cycle, and celebrating wins contribute to a fulfilling journey. Remember, it’s not just about reaching the destination but embracing the process. *Tip do this with your friends- goal setting does not just have to be career based and is beneficial for every step of life!
Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
I owe my sister, Ashton Verrengia, a shout-out for where I am today. Gaining skills and support in my entrepreneurial journey has been greatly influenced by my sister, an accomplished entrepreneur herself. Her example has been an invaluable source of inspiration, driving my personal and professional growth. Her unwavering support has helped me to navigate challenges and embrace opportunities confidently. Looking up to her has not only expanded my skill set but also fostered a sense of camaraderie in the entrepreneurial world.
