We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Adi Klevit. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Adi below.
Hi Adi, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
I’ve always been fascinated by people and driven to help them improve. In high school and college, I worked as a tutor and discovered that I had a talent for breaking down complex subjects in a way that was easy to understand. I became successful at it, which strengthened my sense of purpose: helping others succeed through teaching and mentoring.
After graduating with a degree in Industrial Engineering, I started working at a consulting firm, where I was exposed to various businesses struggling to get organized. I quickly realized I had a gift for bringing order to chaos and improving processes. Not only was I good at it, but it also energized me. That’s when I truly understood that this is my purpose—helping people and businesses thrive by creating clarity and efficiency.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m the founder and CEO of Business Success Consulting Group. When I first started, my goal was to help businesses grow and thrive by offering general business services. However, I quickly found a niche that entrepreneurs needed the most help with—documenting and optimizing their processes and procedures. I also help ensure those processes are followed by everyone in the organization.
I discovered that many entrepreneurs either don’t know how to document their processes or don’t have the time. That’s where I come in. My focus is on helping business owners achieve freedom by allowing them to concentrate on what they’re passionate about in their business. Over time, we’ve grown into a dedicated team of professionals that include consultants, technical writers, marketers, and administrative support, all working together to bring order and organization to our clients’ companies.
What drives us is seeing our clients thrive—whether it’s through empowering their teams, growing their business, or even something as simple as finally being able to take a well-earned vacation. We’ve witnessed countless success stories, from business owners feeling confident in retaining knowledge to selling their companies at a higher profit.
Currently, I’m working on a book about knowledge transfer and its importance. I also host the System Simplified podcast, where I interview top entrepreneurs and thought leaders about systematizing businesses. My goal is to inspire others to create the organized and efficient companies they’ve always envisioned.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The three most impactful qualities for me have been:
– A genuine desire to help others.
– A skill for simplifying complex processes and making them work together seamlessly.
– The ability to understand people and what’s important to them.
Advice for those early in their journey:
For those just starting out, my advice is simple: be a lifelong learner. Observe, find an area where you excel, and don’t just dabble—master it. Don’t stay an amateur, but truly become a professional in your craft.
How would you describe your ideal client?
My ideal clients are entrepreneurs who want to grow and scale their businesses to gain the freedom they sought when they first became business owners. They’re ready to invest in organizing their business and implementing systems that will help them achieve their goals.
We enjoy partnering with clients who are eager to collaborate, willing to make decisions quickly, and open to finding better ways to improve. The best clients are those who care deeply about their team’s success and want everyone in their organization to thrive.
