Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back, the three most impactful qualities in my journey have been:
1. **Discipline** – Showing up consistently, even when motivation fades, was a game changer.
*Advice:* Start small but stay consistent. Build daily habits that align with your goals—discipline compounds over time.
2. **Adaptability** – Business, tech, and life are always changing. Being able to pivot, learn quickly, and stay calm under pressure is essential.
*Advice:* Stay curious. Read, test ideas, and don’t fear failure—it’s how you learn to adapt fast.
3. **Effective Communication** – Whether selling a service, leading a team, or negotiating, clear and persuasive communication has opened the most doors.
*Advice:* Practice speaking, writing, and listening. Study great communicators, and always tailor your message to your audience.
For anyone early in their journey: **stay hungry, stay humble, and don’t skip the inner work.** The mindset you build will carry you when skills or knowledge aren’t enough.
How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?
