We were lucky to catch up with Adrian Jauregui recently and have shared our conversation below.
Adrian , we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
Becoming a muscian can be discouraging, However as an artist you have to realize music is subjective and you can’t please the world. My daily motivation is to inspire those who can relate to my art and connect with my lyrics. I create music hoping to connect with another human. It’s an amazing feeling when I have a fan reach out and say ” I love your music” or “great song” those are big wins!
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
My name is Adrian Jauregui, an independent musician and label owner. My passion is to inspire and promote awarness as an independent artist. Over the last few years, i’ve had my work featured with NBC and Universal Music Group Moreover, I’ve worked with multiple artist(s) ranging from Indie-Major labels as a ghost-songwriter. I’ve taken what I’ve learned from the industry and created my own independent label called Voyage Music Group. In 2022, our label landed a few major commercial placements and even accumulated over half a million streams. Our mission is to provide major label services at affordable rates. Our community of artist and writers are located all over the world. Let us connect you and help you achieve your goal.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Situational industry awareness, Business Management and Building Creative Content.
I encourage all artist to focus on continuing education, we live in a world were technology is evolving daily. There is always room for personal growth and development.
