We recently connected with Adrian Thomas and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Adrian , appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
I truly believe being consistent plays a big role in my resilience.
I understand it’s easier said than done, but there’s something special about applying yourself and working toward goals daily.
The small wins generated confidence and allowed me to stay motivated, no matter the situation.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The three qualities that were most impactful:
Listening. Learning. Leading.
I’ve always felt it’s essential to listen first. You’ll gain a true understanding of things.
Never stop learning. Despite all the knowledge we already attain, there’s always room for growth, if you are open to it.
Most importantly, if you are blessed with the opportunity to lead, LEAD WITH LOVE.
You have no idea the support and trust one can build when leadership contains those qualities.
To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?
The most impactful thing my parents did was simply believe in me, always.
I laugh now, but growing up I promise I tried every job, explored many avenues, and thought of every idea possible to be ‘successful’.
Even though most of them were things I wasn’t passionate about, my parents made me believe it was achievable. I am forever grateful for that. They’ve instilled the determination factor in me for life.
