We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Adrianne, Rosalyn Headen, Callahan a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Adrianne, Rosalyn , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

This is a question I’ve been asked many times, and to be completely honest, I didn’t find my purpose—my purpose found me. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been connected to the arts. It always felt natural, like something I didn’t have to force. My purpose arrived unexpectedly. One day, I simply got up and started this journey—without even realizing I was on one.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

The FLT Publishing Company LLC, DBA The Writer’s Television, is an Over-The-Top (OTT) and Video on Demand (VOD) platform headquartered in Irving, Texas. Designed by a diverse team for a diverse audience, our streaming service is dedicated to showcasing uniquely sourced independent films and original content.

The Writer’s Television offers viewers a wide variety of web series, animations, movies, and documentaries—available anytime on internet-connected devices. As a full-fledged streaming movie platform, we currently operate seven distinct channels accessible via Roku, FireStick, Apple TV, Android TV, and our downloadable apps on iPhone and Android.

Each of our seven channels is crafted to celebrate a different artistic discipline. We founded this company with a clear mission: to create meaningful opportunities for emerging filmmakers, screenwriters, poets, animators, and authors. Our goal is to introduce fresh talent to the entertainment industry and help them find their audience.

At this time, we are calling all filmmakers to be featured, to get seen, and to be heard. Promote your upcoming releases, share your creative process, and inspire fellow creators—while reaching a growing community of film lovers and industry insiders.

Selected interviews will be featured on YouTube, Instagram, and The Writer’s Television: The Dreamer’s Station—a platform dedicated to amplifying original voices in film, media, and storytelling.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I truly believe that without our determination, organizational leadership, and resilience, we wouldn’t have made it this far. The journey has been long and difficult, and we’re still working hard to reach our goals. Early on, I realized that no one was going to step in to help us—we had to make it happen ourselves. My advice to anyone starting a business is to surround yourself with dependable, career-driven people who are just as committed to success as you are. It truly makes a difference.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?

When starting a business, choosing the right partner is crucial—someone you can openly collaborate with and trust when making tough decisions about what truly matters. We’ve supported each other through the development of projects and the challenges that come with them—and believe me, there have been plenty.
