Meet Aeirus Gantt

We were lucky to catch up with Aeirus Gantt recently and have shared our conversation below.

Aeirus, thank you so much for joining us and offering your lessons and wisdom for our readers. One of the things we most admire about you is your generosity and so we’d love if you could talk to us about where you think your generosity comes from.

My generosity comes from a place of Love. I was always taught to share and be considerate of others. Moreover, my family had always urged me to be one who is generous.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I am a fashion designer and I love everything about fashion. What is so special about my brand is that it is designed to enhance the consumer and establish their fashionable selves. When I design I keep in mind that the consumer is looking for something that matches their lifestyle and I produce just that! My new Spring collection is about vibrance, and standing out, so you will see a lot of colors and bespoke designs.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Resilience is a skill that has greatly contributed to my success. I learned that showing up is half of the battle. Additionally, I believe my tenacity and hunger for more really drives me to accomplish more. Moreover, I believe that my knowledge of a good appearance has impacted me drastically as well. I noticed that when you look the part then people know you mean business. My advice is to invest in where you are going, because the more you know, the better.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?

The Secret had a big impact on me because it taught me how powerful desire is. The more you want something, the more likely you will do what it takes to get it.
