Meet Aisha Makara

We recently connected with Aisha Makara and have shared our conversation below.

Aisha, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

I was connecting with nature. and nature teach me the way I get to be, just be me and exrpess my needs and wants and wishes clear and intentional. I grow faster by being me and select right people for me where i can continie to be me. when i dodnt feel to be me so i check in with myself to understand what is happening why I dont enjoy the vibe or some people around me. what reason and what makes sense of grow in this case. do I want to continie to explore or do I want to stop here because its soo much there to explore and some point in our life we just want to settle down and flow and this is where the magic is happening. When we make a choice and decision. and why we do it and what reason and what motivates us to move with that.
so just be..

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Aisha Makara is author of Joyful Living Guidebook, which is oriented around themes of resilience, creativity, joy, living with purpose.

Aisha has done global travel: many countries, lots of exposure to different cultures.

She is active in art: exhibitions, art events, and notably she claims to have sent artwork into space in 2023 (as part of a special art-space project).

She runs programs / coaching / mentorships: e.g. “Joyful Life – Dream Life Program”, which seems to integrate creativity, mindset work, embodiment, guided practices.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Resilience came from my childhood. Growing up with challenges and uncertainty taught me not to give up, even when circumstances seemed impossible. Resilience gave me the courage to start again, to reinvent myself, and to trust that obstacles can be turned into stepping stones.

Creativity has always been my way of seeing possibilities where others see limits. Whether through art, engineering, or entrepreneurship, creativity allowed me to design my own path, to imagine solutions, and to bring joy into both my work and the lives of others.

Connection with people—the willingness to share, to listen, to learn—has been the bridge that opened doors I couldn’t have opened alone. Collaboration and genuine relationships have allowed me to bring my projects into reality, and to make my journey more meaningful.

My advice for those at the beginning of their journey is simple:

Practice resilience daily. Don’t avoid challenges—use them to grow. Start with small acts of courage, and let each step build your inner strength.

Nurture your creativity. Give yourself permission to play, experiment, and explore. Creativity doesn’t come only from art—it comes from the way you approach life, problems, and opportunities.

Invest in authentic connections. Build relationships based on trust and kindness. Share your joy, listen deeply, and you will find doors open when you least expect it.

If you can commit to growing these three qualities—resilience, creativity, and connection—you will not only move forward in your journey, you will create a legacy that inspires others.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

Yes, I am always open to meaningful partnerships and collaborations. My journey has shown me that the most beautiful projects are rarely built alone—they are co-created with people who share a vision of bringing more joy, beauty, and purpose into the world.

I am especially looking to collaborate with:

Visionary creators and artists who want to use their work as a tool for transformation, healing, and inspiration.

Innovators and engineers who are passionate about sustainable design, building solutions for communities, and shaping spaces that reflect harmony between people and the environment.

Cultural leaders, educators, and organizations who believe in the power of art, storytelling, and shared experiences to bring people together.

Brands and institutions that want to create immersive, conscious experiences and leave a lasting positive legacy.

The best collaborations are born from shared values—joy, creativity, and impact. If you are someone who resonates with these values, I would love to hear from you. Together, we can design projects that are not only successful, but also meaningful for the communities and the world we serve.

If you feel called to collaborate, you can connect with me through my website aisha.today , or simply reach out directly—I always welcome a genuine conversation. Sometimes the smallest message can be the beginning of something extraordinary.
