Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Akil with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?

Today, he collaborates with global artists and garners accolades from beauty giants like @narsissist, Morphe, @patmcgrathreal, and Lawless beauty as a top influencer. Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Definitely growth, patience, ambition.

Crossing over in mainstream beauty success. To most they believe I am already there but I have much bigger dreams and aspirations to become bigger and how I will overcome is by growing and perfecting my craft and having ranges in my field. Manifesting and bring patient.
