Alana , so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.

I keep my creativity alive by exploring new experiences, taking breaks when I feel burnt out, seeking inspiration from different sources such as nature, art, and music, and connecting with other creative individuals. It also helps to maintain a balance between structured routines and spontaneous activities to keep my mind fresh and open to new ideas.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I am learning to embrace the idea that it’s okay to make mistakes and that these serve as valuable learning experiences. I am also realizing the importance of taking my time to envision my life path and being open to making necessary adjustments along the way.

Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?

My family not only supports all my hobbies but, more importantly, invests in my passions, which have played a significant role in shaping who I am today and perfecting what I work on every day.
