Honestly, my self-discipline comes from **experience and necessity**. I’ve been a personal trainer for many years, and I know firsthand that change doesn’t happen overnight. In my twenties, I went through a phase of hopping between extreme diets and quick fixes, chasing fast results—and guess what? It left me frustrated, burnt out, and right back where I started. I realized that if I wanted real, lasting change, I had to **ditch shortcuts and build something sustainable**.

That’s when I learned the power of **small, daily habits**. For me, discipline isn’t about motivation or pushing myself through grueling workouts every day. It’s about **showing up, even when life is messy and overwhelming**. I’ve trained myself to move, even if it’s just five minutes—because it’s not the length of the workout, it’s the habit that matters. And this practice has become a cornerstone of how I live and how I train others.

I believe discipline starts with **small wins**. You handle those small wins—whether it’s getting up early, going for a walk, or choosing healthier food—and those actions add up. Suddenly, you realize you’re doing things you thought you couldn’t. The **confidence builds** over time, and with that comes a stronger body, a stronger mind, and the ability to take on bigger challenges.

That’s exactly what I teach my clients at *She Can*. Discipline isn’t about perfection—it’s about **progress**. And it’s something everyone can build, step by step, starting today.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

My journey began 16 years ago in Italy, where I first found my passion for helping women tap into their strength through fitness and movement. I spent two incredible years in Miami, working with amazing clients—women I still think about and miss. Moving to Austin for family reasons opened a new chapter, and now I’m expanding She Can Fitness here to help women take control of their health, bodies, and lives.

At its core, She Can is about changing the story you tell yourself. Many women struggle with the fear of failure, feeling unsupported, or believing they aren’t enough—not fit enough, not disciplined enough, not strong enough. I help them rewrite that narrative by building habits and developing resilience through small, consistent actions.

One thing that truly sets She Can apart is the way I combine individual training sessions with habit-change strategies. I learned on my own skin that physical workouts alone aren’t enough. Real, lasting transformation comes when you shift your mindset and change your habits alongside movement. This approach has been a game-changer—not just for me, but for my clients. It’s not about quick fixes or temporary results; it’s about achieving sustainable, long-term success. The results we’re seeing are incredible—stronger bodies, more confidence, and the ability to handle whatever life throws their way.

When I say “Changing Bodies, Transforming Lives,” I mean exactly that. It’s not just about working out—it’s about creating lasting change from the inside out. When you change your habits and mindset, your body naturally follows. The goal is for every woman I work with to feel confident, strong, and in control—in every area of her life.

I’ll admit—I’m not a big fan of social media. I prefer spending my time training and working directly with clients. But I understand how important it is to reach more women with this message, so I’ve committed to creating content that’s educational, practical, and actionable. My page won’t just be another fitness account filled with trendy workouts—it will be a space where women can learn real strategies to become healthy, strong, and fit for life.

I’m also a lifelong learner. I love reading books on personal development, psychology, business, and communication. My knowledge comes from years of experience, continuous learning, and refining my methods, and I pour everything I know into helping my clients build a life they love—one that feels sustainable and empowering.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, three things have made the biggest impact on my journey: resilience, habit-building, and continuous learning. These aren’t just ideas I preach to my clients—they’ve shaped the way I train and live every day.

Resilience – Learning to Keep Going When Life Gets Messy
Life isn’t going to wait for the perfect moment for you to start working on yourself. There will always be challenges, setbacks, and moments where things feel overwhelming. Resilience is about showing up, no matter what life throws your way. It’s a skill I practice personally and one I teach my clients as part of their fitness and habit journey. Even five minutes of movement—whether it’s a stretch, walk, or strength exercise—makes a difference. If you want to develop resilience, start by building the habit of showing up every day. Small actions, taken consistently, are what build long-term success.

Habit-Building – Mastering the Small Things for Big Change
Lasting transformation doesn’t come from motivation alone—it comes from mastering small, consistent habits. This is something I learned through my own experiences, and it has become the foundation of how I coach. My training style combines my expertise in metabolic conditioning, strength and conditioning, weight loss, and behavior change. Pairing physical training with habit-change strategies is where the real magic happens. It’s not just about losing weight or getting stronger—it’s about creating sustainable, life-changing habits. For those starting out, focus on mastering one habit at a time—whether it’s five minutes of exercise or preparing a healthy meal—and build from there.

Continuous Learning – Growing Through Every Experience
I’m passionate about learning—it’s a big part of who I am. I’ve spent years reading books on personal development, psychology, business, and communication, which, along with my real-world experience, has shaped my approach as a trainer. I’m always looking for ways to improve and refine my methods to better serve my clients. If you’re early in your journey, my advice is simple: never stop learning. Whether it’s from books, podcasts, or personal experiences, every bit of knowledge helps you grow. And when you combine learning with action, you build unstoppable momentum.

If you’re just starting your journey, remember that small steps lead to big change. Don’t get discouraged if progress feels slow. Focus on one habit, one step, and one win at a time—and trust that with consistency, those small wins will turn into lasting transformation.

How would you describe your ideal client?

The women I love working with—and who truly thrive with She Can—are the ones who are done with chasing quick fixes and ready for real transformation. They’re juggling careers, family, and personal responsibilities, often feeling like they come last on their to-do list. But deep down, they know they deserve more. These women may have tried diets, trendy workout plans, or motivation-fueled spurts, only to end up feeling frustrated and back at square one. They know what it feels like to run hard and still feel stuck.

What makes them ideal for She Can isn’t that they’re already fit or disciplined—it’s that they’re ready to do things differently. My ideal client isn’t looking for shortcuts; she’s looking for a way to build strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally—that fits her life, not the other way around. She’s ready to start small, win small, and build from there, even if it’s just five minutes of movement a day. And she’s open to the idea that real change starts from within—when you shift your habits, your mindset, and the way you see yourself, your body follows.

This journey isn’t just about workouts. Pairing physical training with habit-change strategies is what makes the difference. I’ve learned this firsthand—on my own skin—and it’s the same approach I bring to every client. The results we achieve together aren’t quick fixes or fleeting wins; they’re lasting transformations that leave women feeling strong, confident, and ready to handle life’s challenges.
