Hi Alejandry, so happy you were able to devote some time to sharing your thoughts and wisdom with our community. So, we’ve always admired how you have seemingly never let nay-sayers or haters keep you down. Can you talk to us about how to persist despite the negative energy that so often is thrown at folks trying to do something special with their lives?

I’ve learned that not everyone will understand your vision and that’s okay. I don’t focus on the noise, I focus on the mission. Every time someone doubted me or criticized me, I used it as fuel to keep building. What drives me is the impact I want to create through Alejandry Detailing Solutions, AAB360 Academy, and my other project coming soon. I’ve faced negativity, but I choose to respond with results, not reactions. I remind myself: I’m not here to please everyone, I’m here to make a difference. I’m not building this just for me, I’m building it for every person who needs proof that it’s possible. My story is still being written, but I know it’s going to inspire others to start writing theirs too.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m Alejandry Rohena, a passionate businesswoman and the founder of Alejandry Detailing Solutions and AAB360 Academy. Both of these projects reflect my commitment to excellence, education, and building with purpose.

Alejandry Detailing Solutions specializes in high-end detailing for private jets a service where precision, discretion, and trust are non-negotiable. It’s a field that demands the highest standards, and I take pride in leading with quality, professionalism, and a deep respect for the aircraft and the clients we serve.

Through AAB360 Academy, I’m focused on empowering professionals through technical education and certification. The goal is to provide not just training, but tools for transformation. I believe in equipping individuals with the knowledge and confidence to turn their skills into lasting opportunities and that belief drives everything we do.

In addition to these roles, I also work as an aircraft broker, helping clients navigate the complex world of aircraft acquisition and sales. It’s a natural extension of my experience in aviation, and it allows me to connect people with the right aircraft while ensuring every detail is handled with integrity and care.

What excites me most is creating spaces where passion meets possibility. Whether I’m restoring the shine on a jet, guiding someone through their first certification, or helping a client close a major deal, my mission is the same: to lead by example and prove that dreams when backed by discipline and purpose can become reality.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back on my journey, both personally and professionally, there are three qualities and skills that have been most impactful:

1. Resilience: Life is full of challenges, both in business and beyond. Being able to stay resilient in the face of adversity has been essential. Whether it’s navigating the ups and downs of running a business or overcoming personal obstacles, the ability to keep going despite setbacks has been a cornerstone of my journey.

2. Attention to Detail: From a professional standpoint, especially in the high-stakes environment of private jet detailing, precision is critical. But this skill has also translated into my personal life, where I’ve learned to be meticulous in everything I do. It’s about delivering quality in every aspect, whether it’s a project, a relationship, or a decision.

3. Continuous Learning: I’ve always had a passion for learning and evolving. This curiosity has driven me to improve my skills, adapt to new challenges, and stay open-minded. In both my business and personal life, a commitment to continuous growth has kept me moving forward and allowed me to thrive in a constantly changing environment.

Advice for Those Early in Their Journey:

• Be Patient with the Process: No one becomes an expert overnight. Embrace the journey, be patient with yourself, and understand that each step, no matter how small, brings you closer to your goals.

• Invest in Your Knowledge: Learning doesn’t stop once you’ve achieved a certain milestone. Take every opportunity to grow—whether through formal education, experiences, or mentorship. It’s an investment that always pays off.

• Stay True to Your Passion and Values: Whatever you choose to do, do it with heart. When you are passionate about your work and guided by your values, it shines through in everything you do and builds a foundation for long-term success.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

I have been lucky enough to have several people who have contributed to my growth, but the most shocking support has come from a small circle of mentors and colleagues who really believed in me, even at times when I doubted myself.

One of the most influential people in my journey has been someone who challenged me to think bigger—not just about my business, but about my purpose. Their guidance pushed me to move from simply offering a service to building a brand and creating a legacy. They didn’t give me the answers, but they asked the right questions and held me accountable to my own potential.

In addition, my team has played a huge role in my development. Working with people who trust my leadership and bring their own strengths to the table has taught me the value of collaboration and humility. They’ve helped me become not just a better entrepreneur, but a better communicator, mentor, and leader.

Above all, I’ve learned that success is rarely a solo effort. It’s built on relationships, shared experiences, and the willingness to grow alongside others.
