We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Aleksandra Ataca. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Aleksandra below.

Hi Aleksandra, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

I’ve worked in the fashion industry for 20 years, with the past 10 years dedicated to the kids’ fashion and lifestyle sector. My journey in this field has been driven by a deep passion for my work. This passion not only fuels the development of my own business but also allows me to support and uplift many talents within the industry.

I believe that aesthetic education for children is incredibly important. Working with and for children is not only rewarding but also immensely inspiring. Kids are our future, and being able to contribute to their growth and development through fashion brings me immense joy and fulfillment. Their creativity, curiosity, and boundless energy continually inspire me to innovate and push the boundaries of what’s possible in the kids’ fashion world.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I’m Aleksandra Ataca, the editor-in-chief and owner of JuniorStyle.net and the owner of Alexandra Concept Corp, a marketing company. Junior Style is the largest global network and community dedicated to children’s fashion. Junior Style is celebrating its 10-year anniversary this year! Our mission is to boost the visibility of the world’s top emerging children’s fashion brands, connecting them with parents, lifestyle influencers, and consumers. Our content mix, found on our blog, magazine, and social platforms, covers it all: cool fashion editorials, brand features, event highlights, trade show reports, fashion tips, interviews, and our own award. We also aim to support emerging creatives and young talents. Junior Style is renowned for introducing unique brands to a wider audience, making it an invaluable resource for media exposure and business guidance. Alexandra Concept Corp is a multifaceted company with an ecosystem of complementary profit centers dedicated to kids’ fashion and lifestyle.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Numerous essential factors have played a role in my success: my passion for my work, ambition, consistency, visionary outlook, authenticity, sincerity, a profound sense of responsibility and many other factors. However, if I were to emphasize a single factor, it would be this: While I’m inherently a dreamer, it’s imperative to bridge dreams with action. As a business owner, I’m not only the visionary behind a project but also the driving force to make it a reality. Ideas, without the action to bring them to life, hold limited value. Additionally, the ability to multitask and adapt across various roles amplifies efficiency and productivity, enabling a dynamic approach that aligns perfectly with the demands of our fast-paced world.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

We are a growing company, always on the lookout for authentic talents to join our team. Our commitment to fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment means we value individuals who bring unique perspectives and skills. If you’re passionate, innovative, and eager to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you..
