Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Alessandra Bosco. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alessandra, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
My confidence and self -esteem are a mixture of trial and errors, personal experiences, struggles. Feedback from others helped showed me what I have been doing well and where I could improve. It’s about knowing what I can handle and that I am capable of improving.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’ve always been fascinated by helping people finding their purpose, helping them knowing their worth, offering encouragement, and stay consistent with a chosen path. It’s exciting to help someone define what they really want, no matter if it’s about personal growth, relationships, career etc. I enjoy asking specific questions to help reflect on fears, habits, beliefs, without judgement.
I also have a creative side, I have done modeling in the past, I enjoy photography, I like reading about archeology. I believe in having a consistent fitness routine, and I enjoy watching true crime documentaries. I’m a cat lover; I also do web design. I have been a volunteer among military communities, I taught Italian (my native language) at a language institute in Texas. I also have a skin care line called Elysian Luxe, where you can find high quality products, made in Europe. You can find skin care items, as well as hair care and body care. Made with 95% certified organic ingredients.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I think it’s important to focus on staying consistent with whatever we want to do. Learning from those we admire, seeking feedback on your work. Knowledge is a lifelong progress and so is improving our own skills. The outcome depends on our goals and ambition.
