We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Alessandra Cunha a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alessandra , we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
to become resilient I wake up every day with goals to meet during the day, I try to have positive thoughts and always believe that it will be possible and never lose faith!

I work with personalized pieces for adults or children, with love I make, for example, brides to top the cake, birthdays, characters, souvenirs, I started very young with curiosity and went to study this art, I took courses and I am always adapting my technique and always trying to be offering the best to my client with current and modeled pieces always listening to the expectations of everyone who seeks my work, the pieces are exclusive and are delivered to the entire American territory
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I believe that believing in what you are capable of is fundamental , studying and never stop studying to improve yourself and always be connected with the client , listening to what he wants in the way he dreamed
Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
to build something I believe we need to persist, seek knowledge and adapt and transform ourselves if necessary every day this is fundamental, not being afraid of the new, taking risks in the area of art is making everything possible, my family in the whole process was fundamental, my father and mother are my pride in life , my children are my inspirations , my husband my Porto Seguro always , without them none of this would be possible , and always doing everything with love and respect for the customer is the key for everything to be right !
