Hi Alexandra, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

My strong work ethic is deeply rooted in my personal values and upbringing. Growing up, both of my parents worked tirelessly. Coming from a divorced family, I watched them hustle to make ends meet and provide for my brother and me. At the time, I didn’t fully grasp the significance of their efforts, but as I got older, I came to understand the true value of hard work and the importance of building meaningful connections within a career to get ahead.

Becoming a mother myself fueled my desire to build something of my own and create a better future for my children. I wanted the freedom to be my own boss and the flexibility to set my own schedule. Now, I get to be present for all of their special moments while doing something I love—bringing creativity to life and making my clients’ celebrations unforgettable with our décor.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I specialize in creating stunning balloon décor that brings events to life, from organic balloon garlands and balloon towers to helium bouquets and custom installations. What makes my work so exciting is the ability to transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences. Every design is crafted with creativity, precision, and a personal touch to match each client’s vision.

What sets my brand apart is my dedication to quality, communication, and reliability. I take pride in making the process seamless for my clients—whether it’s a birthday, wedding, corporate event, or grand opening, I ensure that every detail is perfect. Beyond just balloons, I help create unforgettable moments that leave a lasting impression.

As for what’s new, I’m always expanding my offerings to bring fresh, innovative designs to my clients. Whether it’s adding new color palettes, unique structures, or personalized elements, I’m constantly evolving to stay ahead of trends and elevate event décor. If you’re looking to make your celebration truly stand out, I’d love to bring your vision to life.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The three most impactful qualities in my journey have been creativity, strong communication, and reliability.

Creativity sets my work apart, allowing me to design unique balloon décor. Strong communication builds trust with clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Reliability and professionalism help maintain a strong reputation by always delivering high-quality work on time.

For those starting out, focus on honing your craft, building relationships, and staying consistent—success comes with passion, dedication, and continuous learning.

Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?

One challenge I’m currently facing is balancing growth while maintaining the high quality and personal touch that my clients expect. As demand for my services increases, managing multiple events, scheduling, and scaling efficiently without compromising on creativity or customer experience can be a challenge.

I want to continue expanding—whether that means taking on larger events, bringing in additional help, or offering new products—but I also want to ensure that every client still gets the same level of detail and service that has built my reputation. Finding the right balance between growth and maintaining my brand’s integrity is something I’m actively working on.
