Meet Alexia Hoffman

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Alexia Hoffman. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Alexia below.

Alexia, so great to be with you and I think a lot of folks are going to benefit from hearing your story and lessons and wisdom. Imposter Syndrome is something that we know how words to describe, but it’s something that has held people back forever and so we’re really interested to hear about your story and how you overcame imposter syndrome.

When I started in real estate at 19, I was terrified of anyone finding out my age. Imposter syndrome was a constant companion. I kept asking myself, ‘Am I too young? What if they realize I’m just starting out?’ But rather than letting self-doubt stop me, I focused on what I could control—my passion. I threw myself into every transaction, and by the time I’d closed over 20 deals in that first year, I’d proven to myself that I was the best person to help my clients because I’d done the work, over and over, with real results.

That mindset has shaped my entire career and now guides my coaching and speaking. I emphasize to my clients that imposter syndrome is normal and doesn’t have to stop you from achieving incredible things. In fact, I believe passion is far more valuable than any line on a resume. No one ever fully outgrows imposter syndrome; as you level up, it just takes new forms. But the more you do, the more confidence you gain in your abilities.

When I coach or speak to entrepreneurs, I remind them that they don’t need all the answers or the ‘perfect’ qualifications to start. What matters most is your commitment to show up, fueled by genuine passion. Passion is what pushes you to go beyond just doing a task; it drives you to do it well. It’s that dedication that clients and audiences can sense and trust. So, my message is this: don’t wait until you feel ‘ready.’ Start where you are, embrace that imposter syndrome is simply part of the process, and let your passion be the thing that sets you apart.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I’m Alexia Hoffman, a real estate agent, broker, and entrepreneur who’s built my career on helping people achieve their dreams, whether in real estate or life. I started in real estate at 19 and, over time, grew a brokerage and a successful team. Recently, I made the decision to step back from owning the brokerage to focus on my personal real estate business, my coaching work, public speaking, Mom Boss Central, and some exciting community-based ventures.

In addition to these career moves, I’m also a mom to three young daughters and am expecting my fourth in March, which will make four daughters in just 30 months! This firsthand experience balancing motherhood and a growing career inspires my work every day. I understand the unique challenges entrepreneurial moms face because I’m right there with them.

A few years ago, I saw a need in our community for more gathering spaces, which inspired me to open Clarksville Coffee and Real Estate in the same building where my brokerage was located. It’s been incredible to watch it become a hub where people connect, work, and feel at home. I’m also in the process of opening a diner in town, creating yet another community space that brings people together.

My coaching work centers around helping entrepreneurs—especially working moms—find a balance between their big goals and personal fulfillment and bridge the gap between the goals they’re setting and their ideal life. I love guiding people to align their careers with their lives in a meaningful way. This passion led me to create Mom Boss Central, a community and podcast for entrepreneurial moms, and I’m working on developing an online course to guide entrepreneurs to reassess their goals, create intentional plans, and build a life they’re excited about.

For anyone balancing the demands of career and family, I’m here to help you build a life you truly love. My brand is all about showing that with purpose and passion, you can create extraordinary things—and never have to settle.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, the three qualities that have been most impactful in my journey are adaptability, passion, and a commitment to growth. These qualities have been essential as I’ve navigated multiple businesses and embraced new challenges along the way.

Adaptability has been crucial, especially as my career evolved from real estate into coaching, community building, and opening a coffee shop. Each new venture brought different demands and surprises, so being adaptable allowed me to pivot quickly and keep moving forward without losing sight of my goals. My advice for those starting out is to lean into change instead of resisting it. The more comfortable you get with being flexible, the better equipped you’ll be to handle whatever comes your way.

Passion is the fuel behind everything I do. It’s what keeps me excited and motivated, even when the work is challenging. Passion isn’t just about loving what you do—it’s about finding meaning and purpose that drive you to make an impact. For anyone early in their journey, I recommend taking time to really understand what excites you. When you’re clear on your ‘why,’ you’ll naturally have the drive to keep pushing forward.

Lastly, a commitment to growth has been essential in keeping me focused and always moving forward. I’ve made it a habit to continuously learn, whether that’s through new strategies in real estate, deepening my coaching expertise, or exploring community-building in my coffee shop. For anyone beginning their career, I’d say to invest in your growth by seeking out new learning experiences, finding mentors, and staying open to new ideas.

If I could share one final piece of advice, it’s this: don’t wait until you feel completely ready—start where you are, stay adaptable, lead with passion, and make growth a constant priority. These qualities will take you further than any specific skill set ever could.

How would you describe your ideal client?

My ideal client is an entrepreneurial mom who is ready to take her life and business to the next level with more freedom and purpose. She’s someone who dreams big but also values her time, looking to build something impactful without being tied down to endless hours of work. She’s passionate about being both a great mom and a thriving entrepreneur, and she’s ready to find that balance where she can succeed in both roles.

This is a woman who wants to maximize her financial independence and create more time to spend on what truly matters—her family, her passions, and her own personal growth. She’s driven, ambitious, and looking for practical strategies that help her live a more fulfilled, intentional life. I love helping women like her create systems and mindsets that allow her to show up as her best self in all areas, so she can truly feel like she’s winning both at home and in her business.
