Hi Alexia , we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

In order to develop confidence and self-esteem you have to first stop comparing yourself and/or your business to other people. Be conscious of your body language, posture, demeanor in all aspects whether that’s physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. Staying consistent may sound cliche however, it’s the most rewarding tactic that will give you everyday results. Plan and Execute every challenge you have set for yourself until you have to write an updated one.

The Plush Empire offers products and services such as : Manicures , Pedicures, Plush Massages, Full Nail Sets , Acrylic Full Pedicure, Full Body Massages , Signatures Pedicures, Essential Body Scrub , Etc. All of which are A Pamper Ensured to be Plush each and every time your book with us! We love to create a safe haven for our plushies to relax from a long and stressful week or even an eventful day. Self-Care days are essential and important for a reset!
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were the most impactful along my journey was the ability to be Consistent, being willing to enhance my knowledge , and the support of my family/friends. The ability be considered is important because you will have days where your business revenue, sales, or clientele won’t flow as you intended for it to however, the act of getting up and doing it again tomorrow will bring a different result that giving up ever will. The willingness to learn more is always the greatest advantage because us as humans don’t know “everything” it’s true when they say you learn something new everyday. To learn something new is to gain longevity. To have support from your family and friends is where you will find inspiration, encouragement, and reasoning to why your business has every potential to Expand , Enlarge , and Create Purpose!
Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
The most impactful thing my mother has done for me is she has never given up on me. Any idea or plan that I lay at the palm of the hands she invest, motivates, and keep it real with me. To have my mother in my life and for her to be my mentor as I’m flourishing into being an entrepreneur is one of the most amazing feelings I can witness on a daily.
