Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Alexia Rivera. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Alexia with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
I’d say my work ethic comes from a mix of my faith, my purpose, and how I was raised. I believe in showing up fully whether it’s on set, on stage, or coaching someone through a breakthrough. To me, excellence is a reflection of who I am and what I stand for. I don’t take opportunities lightly, and I try to bring light, focus, and integrity into everything I do.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
So a big part of who I am is tied to helping others show up as their best, most radiant selves. I work as a coach, speaker, model, and actress and I love that every part of what I do allows me to connect with people in meaningful ways. Whether I’m on set, speaking at an event, or coaching one-on-one, my heart is to help others step into their light with confidence and purpose.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
1. Self-Awareness & Inner Healing
As a wellness coach, I realized early on that you can’t pour into others from an empty cup. Doing the inner work—healing, forgiving, setting boundaries, and truly getting to know who I am, transformed not only my life but also how I help others. Self-awareness is where real change begins.
2. The Power of Communication
Whether I’m on stage speaking or in front of a camera, learning how to communicate with clarity, vulnerability, and confidence has been a game-changer. Motivational speaking taught me that people don’t just respond to words; they respond to energy, truth, and authenticity.
3. Resilience in the Face of Rejection
In the modeling and acting world, rejection is part of the journey. But I’ve learned that ‘no’ doesn’t mean ‘never.’ Staying resilient, continuing to grow, and trusting the process—even when doors didn’t open right away, built character and opened the right doors at the right time.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
There isn’t just one person I’ve been incredibly blessed to have a few key people pour into me at different points in my journey. Coaches have played a huge role in helping me grow not just in skill, but in confidence and mindset. Each one brought something unique, whether it was helping me refine my craft, push through doubt, or see myself through a lens of purpose. I’ve also had mentors and leaders who challenged me to step into who I was called to be, even when I didn’t fully see it myself yet. Their belief in me made a difference.
