My confidence and self-esteem have been cultivated through a journey marked by experiences, challenges, and personal growth. From my early days in Turkey, where I discovered my passion for design during my college years, to venturing into the competitive landscape of advertising and entertainment in New York City and eventually Los Angeles, each step of my journey has demanded courage and determination.
Founding MOT Creative was a pivotal moment that truly bolstered my confidence. Taking the leap to start my own agency required belief in my abilities, vision, and creative potential. Overcoming challenges and achieving success in Hollywood’s key art design arena further validated my talent and dedication, reinforcing my self-esteem.
Continuous learning and growth have also been essential in shaping my confidence. Embracing new technologies, design trends, and creative approaches has allowed me to stay ahead of the curve and innovate in my field, enhancing my confidence in my ability to adapt and thrive.
Authenticity and passion have been guiding principles throughout my career, anchoring my confidence in the value of my work and the connections I’ve built with clients and collaborators. This passion has fueled my determination to overcome challenges and pursue my goals relentlessly. For individuals early in their journey, I would advise them to identify their passions and pursue them wholeheartedly.
