Meet Ali Ofstedal

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Ali Ofstedal. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Ali, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

My path to purpose emerged through my own healing journey. Like many, I moved through my early years – high school and college – feeling disconnected from my true calling. I knew there was something more, but couldn’t quite grasp what that was.

The turning point came through my personal transformation work. As I began to understand myself more deeply, I discovered a natural gift and passion for supporting others in their healing process. I’ve always been fascinated by human behavior and what makes each person uniquely themselves. This curiosity, combined with my own growth experience, evolved into a deep calling to guide others through their transformative journeys.

What started as self-discovery blossomed into my life’s work – helping others understand and heal themselves at the deepest level. I found that my purpose wasn’t something I needed to search for externally; it revealed itself naturally through my own evolution

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I guide women through profound personal transformation using a unique blend of evolutionary astrology, subconscious and energy focused work, and somatic healing practices. My work bridges ancient wisdom with modern healing approaches, creating a pathway for deep, lasting change.

What excites me most is witnessing the moment when someone reconnects with their authentic self – their soul essence that often gets buried under life’s conditioning and expectations. Through thoughtful guidance and practical tools, I help women release old patterns and step into their natural power.

My practice offers several paths for transformation:

– One-on-one containers combining astrology readings with healing practices
– A comprehensive course exploring life purpose through astrology
– A weekly podcast called “Soul Archaeology” offering guidance for navigating life’s cycles
– Group workshops and sacred containers for collective growth

I’m particularly excited about launching my group cohort in May 2025, where I’ll be guiding participants through the powerful transitions ahead, deepening their understanding of their own wiring, and holding space for personal transformation. This year feels especially significant as we experience major astrological shifts that support both personal and collective evolution.

My approach creates space for women to heal old wounds, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and step into their truest expression. Each session is tailored to honor both individual needs and natural rhythms of growth.”

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The three most impactful qualities in my journey have been intuitive trust, dedication to personal growth, and willingness to embrace uncertainty.
Learning to trust my intuition was fundamental. This wasn’t just about following hunches, but developing a deep relationship with my inner knowing through consistent practice and validation. For those beginning their journey, start small – notice the subtle ways your intuition speaks to you daily and keep track of when you follow or ignore it.
Commitment to personal growth has been crucial. Before I could guide others, I had to be willing to do my own deep work. This meant investing in my healing, seeking mentorship, and continuously expanding my understanding. My advice is to view yourself as a constant student – be curious about your patterns, open to feedback, and willing to explore uncomfortable territories.
Finally, embracing uncertainty has been transformative. In healing work, there’s no linear path. Learning to trust the process, even when the way forward isn’t clear, has been essential. For those starting out, practice sitting with uncertainty rather than rushing to resolve it. Some of our greatest breakthroughs come from staying present with what’s unclear.
The journey of becoming a transformational guide is itself a healing journey. Be patient with your growth, trust your unique path, and remember that every experience contributes to your medicine.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?

When I feel overwhelmed, I return to the basics of nervous system regulation and embodied presence. First, I pause and check in with my body – where am I holding tension? What does my breath feel like? This simple act of turning inward often creates enough space to shift out of overwhelm.
I’m also a big believer in the power of tiny steps. Instead of trying to tackle everything at once, I break things down into small, manageable pieces. Sometimes this means just focusing on the next breath, the next moment, the next simple action.
Nature is another crucial resource for me. Whether it’s a long walk in the canyon, sitting with my feet on the earth, or simply watching the clouds move across the sky, connecting with nature’s rhythms helps me remember that everything has its own timing and flow.
Most importantly, I’ve learned that overwhelm is often a signal that I need to slow down and create more space for integration. In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to forget that pause and rest are essential parts of any process.
My advice is to develop your own toolkit of regulation practices before you need them. Start small, stay consistent, and remember that managing overwhelm is a skill that grows with practice.
