We were lucky to catch up with All Black recently and have shared our conversation below.
All , thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
Resilience is a byproduct of being faithful. Now faith is many things, it is simple, it is kind, and it is blind. Faith is a vibration that offers experiences that exist beyond words. In our human form we have the power to take that which is formless and with our co-creation abilities we can be the vessel that is blessed to materialize magic and miracles.
The question was where does resilience come from. Resilience is a fruit that is harvested from the faith tree. Now this tree was not always a tree, no it once was seed and will love and care it grew to bear fruit. Resilience comes from that sweet tasting fruit that reminds us that effort is free and effort is what delivered us to this very moment. “If you want to keep on getting what you’re getting then keep on doing what your doing” -Les Brown
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
My professional focus is geared towards creating more stability for my company The Native’s Feather. We offer a variety of spiritual items ( crystals, jewelry, smudge sticks, oracle cards, essential oils, candles, dreamcatchers ) and spiritual services ( energy healing, tarot readings, spiritual coaching, etc)
Spirituality is a passion and sharing the many ways that we get to experience spirit is a blessing. Society doesn’t cater well to the spiritual famine to which it co-created and so it is our mission to offer sanctuary to those starving souls that yearn for connection.
Our next big goal is to start a faith based organization so that way we can build a place for people in the spiritual community to connect and share their spiritual practices in peace & harmony.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The three things that have been most impactful on my journey would have to be mine attention to detail, my willingness and my adaptability.
Attention to detail is what makes the difference between a great product/ service and a spectacular one. Listen you can be a great seamstress who creates as requests or you can be a spectacular seamstress who creates works of art. Those who appreciate your art will both be willing to pay the price and remain patient in the process. Hone your skills, learn from the mistakes and finish with a sense of pride.
A willing attitude will take you further than you’ve ever been. A calling is different from a phone call. A phone call you can hang up and they might call back they might not. A calling however will not go away so easily. It’s the unwillingness to answer that calling, whatever it may be, that prevent progress. If progress is the goal know that once it’s in motion it can not be stopped. It is when challenge the unwillingness dwelling in us that the coin then flips to show heads and we step into our willpower. It comes from a very simple place and that is in taking action. Unwillingness can look like not starting the business/ project because of x, y, z. Willingness is one step, then the next. It’s not a chess game it’s a dance, it’s fluid there’s give and there’s take. There’s great days and hard days and a willing attitude will get you through it all.
Adaptability is a big one, no environment is eternally the same. All environments are constant shifting and changing. In an ever-changing world it’s the agile minds that thrive to success. If you are to meet an ever-changing world with rigid behavior then you are bound to be rubbed in a rather peculiar way. The front of your mind has very little control to what the depths of your being is actually doing. It is when we can get into alignment with what our spiritual self is doing that our human selfs can detach from the outcome, adapt to the situation and enjoy the ride.
How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Connection is the fabric of life and things like partnership, friendship and community are the building blocks that have made this tangible world marvelous and incredible.
