We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Allen Williams. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Allen below.
Allen, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
I was able to find my purpose by realizing that the only thing that would bring me peace is by doing the thing that I truly love. I believe that you can get fried from any job but your gift. So find your gift and you’ll forever work.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m a music producer, mostly in the urban area of genres. I love what I do and feel that the most exciting part of it is being able to express myself freely. Music is a reflection of self but also a universal language. It gives me the chance to communicate beyond just words. Currently I’m in the pre-production stages of whats will be my last full length album. With an expected release of May 2026, this project is becoming to be the most open, honest, vulnerable, and authentic piece of work I’ve ever been apart of. It brings me joy as I peel back layers and expose myself to the world.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The three qualities and/or skills that have impacted my journey the most are patience, attention to detail, and willingness to know that I don’t know everything. In this business you have to be open to learning new things and techniques every day. My advice to anyone is to never stop learning.

Do you think it’s better to go all in on our strengths or to try to be more well-rounded by investing effort on improving areas you aren’t as strong in?
I wholeheartedly believe that you should go all in on your strengths and what you’re good and passionate about. I say this because everyone who has ever had a “Plan B”, ended up having to use it. Find what motivates you to get out of bed in the morning, and that will be what you’re purpose should be.
