Alli, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
I get my work ethic from my parents! My parents are both Entrepreneurs & encouraged me & my brothers to be very hard working!

Alli Villines is a dynamic entrepreneur dedicated to empowering women in business through her dual leadership roles.

As the founder and president of She Means Business, a nonprofit organization based in Northern Nevada, Alli champions financial literacy, mentorship, and community support for aspiring young female entrepreneurs. The organization hosts events like the ‘Female Founded’ speaker series, featuring local founders sharing their journeys from startup dreams to real-world success .

In addition to her nonprofit work, Alli serves as the CEO of Alli Marie Marketing Agency, a full-service marketing firm that helps businesses reignite their ‘why’ and expand their reach through tailored strategies and authentic branding.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
My faith, My relationship with my parents, & the understanding that mentorship is very important in your growth!

What is the number one obstacle or challenge you are currently facing and what are you doing to try to resolve or overcome this challenge?
My age – I grew to success a lot earlier in life & now my credibly surpasses my age. I now advocate for young women to feel empowered & confident in holding their own space. I wanted those same opportunities of inclusivity as a young woman & now I make space for women to allow themselves to see a bigger possibility for their life through my nonprofit organization – She Means Business 501(c)3
