Meet Alliya Jayde

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Alliya Jayde. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Alliya below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Alliya with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?

Growing up, I had the privilege of witnessing my mother’s unwavering work ethic, which has had a profound impact on my own approach to hard work and dedication.

My mother was the rock of our family, always putting in extra hours to ensure that my brother and I had a comfortable life. I remember her waking up early every morning, getting ready for work, and making sure that my brother and I always made it to school. She would come home exhausted, but never complained, always putting our needs before her own.

Her selflessness and perseverance inspired me to adopt a strong work ethic from a young age. I saw how her hard work paid off, providing us with a stable home, food on the table, and opportunities to pursue our passions. Her example taught me that with determination and effort, I could achieve my goals and create a better life for myself and those around me.

As I grew older, I began to appreciate the sacrifices my mother made for our family. She put her own life on hold to ensure that we had every opportunity to succeed. Her unwavering support and encouragement gave me the confidence to pursue my own passions, including my career as a lash, brow, and tattoo artist.

Today, I strive to emulate my mother’s work ethic and dedication. I am committed to delivering exceptional service to my clients, constantly seeking ways to improve my craft, and pushing myself to be the best version of myself. My mother’s influence has been instrumental in shaping me into the driven and passionate individual I am today.

I am forever grateful for the lessons my mother taught me, and I hope to make her proud by continuing to work hard and pursue my dreams.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

As a lash, brow, and tattoo artist, my business is built on a foundation of creativity, passion, and a desire to empower others. From a young age, I’ve always had an artistic mind, fascinated by the world of beauty and self-expression.

As I honed my craft, I realized that my true purpose went beyond just creating art – it was about helping others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. I strive to be better every day, constantly seeking new ways to improve my skills and execute my craft with precision and care.

My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where my clients can feel empowered to take control of their own beauty and self-love journey. Whether it’s through a subtle lash enhancement, a bold brow transformation, or a meaningful tattoo, I aim to help my clients love themselves more, one artistic expression at a time.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

As a passionate lash, brow, and tattoo artist, I’ve identified key attributes, skills, and expertise that drive my success.

I’ve cultivated resilience to navigate entrepreneurship’s challenges, precision-crafted my skills for bespoke experiences, and developed a deep understanding of skin types and beauty concerns for personalized services.

By embracing these essentials, I’ve built a thriving business prioritizing exceptional service, attention to detail, and personalized care. I empower clients to feel confident, beautiful, and authentic.

To elevate your business and client relationships, it’s essential to cultivate resilience through self-care and open communication. This foundation allows you to deliver bespoke experiences tailored to each client’s unique needs, fostering a deeper connection and trust. Furthermore, developing a deep understanding of your industry through ongoing education and open dialogue with clients will help you provide exceptional services and build strong, lasting relationships.

Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?

If I only had a decade of life left, I would prioritize spending quality time with the people and experiences that bring me the most joy and fulfillment.

First and foremost, I would cherish every moment with my loved ones, particularly my family and closest friends. I would make it a point to create lasting memories with them, whether through regular gatherings, special traditions, or simply being present in the everyday moments.

Traveling the world with my boyfriend, who is also my best friend, would be another vital aspect of how I’d spend my time. Exploring new cultures, experiencing breathtaking landscapes, and immersing ourselves in unfamiliar environments would not only create lifelong memories but also deepen our connection and understanding of each other.

By focusing on these meaningful relationships and experiences, I believe I would be able to live my remaining decade to the fullest, cultivating a sense of purpose, love, and wonder that would stay with me until the end.
