Meet Alzbeta Zunova

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Alzbeta Zunova. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Alzbeta with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?

I am perfectionist and I love to push things into meeting their full potential. Hard work, challenges and lots of creativity lead us to our clients we serve now.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Hi!

My name is Alzbeta, and I own a Crepe Catering business based in Orange County, California. We’re proud to be known for offering upscale catering that’s not just about serving delicious, authentic European crepes, but also about creating a memorable atmosphere around each event.

Our journey began in 2020 at the Farmers Market. From there, we worked our way through numerous pop-up events, both day and night, at various farmers markets and park gatherings, gradually moving into more exclusive private events. Whether it’s a cozy backyard party or a grand wedding or corporate event, we can accommodate it all.

As the founder, my main focus is constantly seeking ways to improve, find new sources of inspiration, and expand our business in exciting new directions.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Boldness, perseverance and adaptability!

Never be scared to ask and keep asking. Never accept “no” for an answer.

Do you think it’s better to go all in on our strengths or to try to be more well-rounded by investing effort on improving areas you aren’t as strong in?

You should always count on your strengths. Once you identify what you excel at, you have a powerful tool that can drive your success. While your strengths can open doors, it’s also important to focus on improving other areas to ensure consistent and sustainable growth.
My strong area are ideas but it does not help me with being on time, staying organize or communicate well with my team.
