Meet Amanda Dimonda

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Amanda Dimonda. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Amanda, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

Finding my purpose has been a gradual unfolding, a gentle remembrance of who I’ve always been at my core. It wasn’t a single “aha” moment but a series of life’s lessons, interlaced together through both joy and heartbreak. Each experience, each challenge, and each moment of stillness revealed a new piece of the puzzle, helping me see the beauty in the process of becoming.

It took walking through my own dark nights of the soul, allowing myself to break apart, shed old masks, and truly see myself to begin embracing the light within. Every job I held, every loss I endured, and every life event taught me something about who I am and what I’m here to offer. Looking back, I see a kaleidoscope of moments—some jagged, some soft—that have come together to form a dance of color and meaning, shining brilliantly when illuminated by love and intention.

My purpose has been inspired by my family, my children, the animals that have always felt like kindred spirits, and the guidance of angels. Words from Khalil Gibran, the wisdom in The Alchemist, and the teachings of spiritual mentors have all whispered truths that have stayed with me. Discovering reiki, and experiencing the deep healing of breathwork have been profound gifts, aligning me with the path I was always meant to walk.

Purpose, I’ve learned, isn’t about a job or a role. It’s about following what lights your soul on fire, leaning into what makes your heart feel alive and trusting that even the broken pieces are part of a greater design.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

My work is rooted in the belief that every soul is already whole, even when life’s challenges make it hard to see. I hold certifications in Transformational and 9D Breathwork, a dual certification as a Soul Purpose and Intuitive Life Coach, and I’m a Level 3 Reiki healer. But beyond titles, my purpose is to guide others back to themselves—gently holding space for them to rediscover their light, embrace their authenticity, and remember the magic that has always been within.

Breathwork has been such a transformative gift in my own life, and sharing it with others is one of my greatest honors. In each session, I blend together the power of the breath with the healing energy of Reiki and intuitive guidance from the animal realm. Animals hold a profound ability to guide and heal us, and their wisdom has become an integral part of the journeys I facilitate. Every experience is unique, designed to meet each person where they are, offering a space for deep release, clarity, and connection.

One of the most profoundly moving moments in my journey was combining my love for breathwork and animals to bring a long-held dream to life. I partnered with a local nonprofit animal rescue to host a group breathwork session alongside an adoption event, raising funds for rescue pups in need. Watching participants heal and connect, not just with themselves but with the love and joy of adoptable puppies, was an experience I’ll never forget. It felt like everything I love and believe in coming together in the most beautiful way. This work of helping both human and animal souls heal is something I’m deeply passionate about, and I can’t wait to continue creating more opportunities like this.

My ultimate vision is to expand this connection even further—to create spaces where, after a breathwork session, people can share time with rescue dogs, horses, or even cows. There’s something indescribably healing about being in the presence of animals after peeling back the layers of stress, fear, or old patterns. It becomes a reciprocal exchange of love and energy—lifting not only our spirits but theirs as well.

The work I do is not just about healing; it’s about remembering. It’s about finding the courage to let go of what no longer serves us and embracing the truth of who we are. It’s a journey of self-discovery and connection, one breath at a time. And every time I witness someone reconnect with their inner light, I’m reminded of the invisible strings that connect us all—to ourselves, to one another, and to the world around us.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, it’s hard to narrow down the qualities that have been most impactful in my journey, but a few resonate deeply. One is the ability to create calm, both for animals and people. There’s something sacred about holding space where others feel safe enough to truly be seen and reconnect with themselves. Another is a deep thirst for knowledge and understanding—a curiosity that has guided me to explore life’s mysteries and uncover new layers of growth. And finally, resilience. Life has taught me that even in the darkest times, the light eventually finds its way back. Every challenge, every “no,” has been a redirection, leading me toward something more aligned and meaningful.

For those early in their journey, my advice is to look inward with curiosity and kindness. Ask those you trust what they see in you, or reflect on the compliments you often receive. These small insights can reveal so much about your natural gifts. Lean into those parts of yourself, explore them, and trust that your path will unfold as you take one step at a time. It’s not about rushing to find answers but about allowing yourself to discover and grow in your own time.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I would be deeply honored to collaborate with animal rescues and organizations that are passionate about bringing the healing power of animals to people. There is something incredibly special about the bond between humans and animals—whether it’s the gentle comfort of a dog, the grounding presence of a horse, or the peaceful energy of cows. I truly believe that combining this with breathwork can create a profound, healing experience for both humans and animals alike.

I’m also excited to partner with businesses or wellness programs looking to bring peace and balance to their teams. Breathwork offers a powerful tool to release stress, clear blockages, and restore a sense of calm, helping employees feel more centered and aligned.

If you’re involved in animal rescue, cow cuddling, or equine therapy, or if you simply believe in the healing power of animals, I would love to connect. I’m eager to create experiences where people can breathe, heal, and receive guidance from the animal realm in a deeply transformative way.

If you’re interested in collaborating or exploring how we can work together to bring healing, peace, and connection into the world, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Let’s create something beautiful and impactful together.
