We were lucky to catch up with Amber Elliott recently and have shared our conversation below.

Amber, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

I’ve developed my confidence and self-esteem through a combination of self-reflection, setting and achieving personal goals, and surrounding myself with supportive people. Embracing challenges and learning from failures has also played a crucial role. Each experience has taught me to trust in my abilities and to recognize my worth.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

As a holistic health practitioner and a Warrior Goddess facilitator, my work focuses on empowering individuals to achieve balance and well-being in their lives. Studying under the renowned author Heatherash Amara has profoundly influenced my approach, blending ancient wisdom with modern practices to create a holistic and transformative experience.

What excites me most about my work is witnessing the incredible transformations clients undergo. It’s truly special to see people reconnect with their inner strength, embrace their true selves, and create lasting positive change. I strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment where everyone feels empowered to explore and grow.

Currently, I’m thrilled to announce the launch of several new services and workshops designed to deepen your journey toward holistic health and self-discovery. Whether you’re looking to improve your physical well-being, explore spiritual practices, or find a community of like-minded individuals, there’s something for everyone.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in my journey are:

1. Self-awareness: Understanding my strengths, weaknesses, and triggers has been foundational. This self-awareness has allowed me to navigate challenges more effectively and make informed decisions. To develop this, I recommend regular self-reflection, journaling, and seeking feedback from trusted mentors or peers.
2. Resilience: The ability to bounce back from setbacks and remain focused on my goals has been crucial. Building resilience involves embracing failures as learning opportunities and maintaining a positive mindset. Practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and setting realistic goals can help strengthen resilience over time.
3. Continuous Learning: Staying curious and committed to learning has kept me evolving in my practice. This includes both formal education and experiential learning. For those early in their journey, I suggest immersing yourself in relevant literature, attending workshops, and seeking out diverse experiences that challenge and inspire you.

For anyone starting their journey, my advice is to be patient with yourself and trust the process. Growth takes time, and every step, no matter how small, is progress. Surround yourself with supportive communities, seek guidance from experienced mentors, and stay open to new experiences and knowledge. This holistic approach will help you develop the qualities and skills essential for your journey.
