Hi Amp , appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

I got my resilience from working hard in the shadows and also from continuing to fail along my journey . I’ve taken way more losses than I’ve won but the wins are what’s talked about , not the losses

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Hello world , Im the CEO of Always make profit music group where we focus on improving (which is true profit) every day.
I also have my own clothing line of Always Make Profit (AMP) . I’m an artist too ! My music is powerful because it comes from the soul ! I’m very personable in my lyrics and I like to drop gems in songs to help my people succeed . We help sponsor the non for profit group Life Readiness Group so it’s not always about what we profit it’s about helping others profit as well .

I’m from St.Louis and relocated to Houston to expand my business.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Determination was and still is key on my journey , with out it you won’t complete things or see them through .
Discipline is hand in hand , in this industry you have to remain disciplined and with out discipline in life you are subject to many factors such as friends , the internet , an attractive person , you have to remain disciplined and know your responsibilities.
Lastly my humbleness, God has humbled me tremendously, I’ve literally started from the bottom with no support at all , and I’ve worn many hats on my way to success but my willingness to do anything as long as it doesn’t jeopardize my character is what got me here .

To improve in these areas you just simply have to WANT IT , Think about it… You want a burger from Freddys but Burger King and McDonald’s is closer . Do you settle for the Burger King? Do you stop at McDonald’s to see the menu? No . You go right to Freddys because that’s what you want !
