Hi Amy, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

Wow! This is a very deep yet wholesome question. Finding my purpose started off with asking uncomfortable questions amongst myself. I really began to dig deep and ask “What truly brings me fulfillment?.”
“What are my strengths and talents?.”
“What inspires me.”
Doing weekly self reflections has helped me tremendously. I see the things that I can improve on so I can become the best version of myself. One must master discipline.
We all want to evolve right?

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I’m a well known professional permanent cosmetic artist located in the heart of Pacific Beach. I am highly known for my visionary custom permanent cosmetics such as custom colored eye brows, exquisite colorful rainbow freckles, and unique colored eyeliner upon request. I strive with creativity! Not to mention, I can also absolutely perform conservative permanent cosmetics as well! Both are my passions. It’s so hard to choose! Soon I’ll be offering 3D Areola reconstruction to women who have suffered from a mastectomy. I will not be charging for this service. This will be launched and visible on my website in October 2024. Breast Cancer Awareness month.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back the three qualities, skills, and areas of knowledge that were the most impactful for me would be my inquisitiveness, paying attention to detail. Last but not least; passion. Artists in all sorts of any art aspect/category must be eager to grow and learn new skills.

Definitely keeping up with the latest trends is a must. Paying attention to detail is crucial skill for all successful artists to master.Focusing on all elements of what creates art will be eye pleasing and appreciated. Never rush, deeply analyze, and focus. My goal is to always stand out when it comes to perfecting.
The passion I hold for my craft is sacred. I have been able to change many lives and many more to come. I have been apart of women leveling up and falling in themselves all over again with my purpose and passion.
The best way to develop and mold your journey into success is to master PATIENCE. Never stop learning nor practicing. There’s a saying “Rome wasn’t built over night.” This all sounds cliche, right? But I promise, if you mean it, you will make it.
