We recently connected with Amy Elizabeth and have shared our conversation below.
Amy, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
I have lived many lifetimes in this one incarnation. My resilience comes from NDE, Cancer, and multiple challenging experiences. I have let life breathe through me with many difficult storms and came out stronger.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Three qualities that have been most impactful on my journey ~
Emotional Depth & Intuitive Timing:
One of the most impactful gifts has been learning to trust the emotional wave and honor the timing of my own inner seasons. I’ve come to see that catalyzing change and new beginnings doesn’t come from forcing clarity — it comes from deeply feeling, waiting, and letting something true arise. That space of emotional anticipation has shaped everything I’ve birthed.
Altruistic Service Rooted in Boundaries:
A core turning point in my journey was realizing that nourishment isn’t about over-giving — it’s about giving from overflow. True impact came when I learned to balance care for others with care for myself. The more I honored my own needs, the more my presence became a deeply nourishing transmission for others.
Authentic Leadership through Humility & Collaboration:
I used to think leadership looked like standing out. But what’s been most transformative is learning to lead by amplifying others, by listening, by weaving, by showing up with elegant simplicity. Leadership became a frequency I carried — not a position I held.
What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Honor Your Emotional Landscape.
Your feelings are not a distraction — they are the map. Let yourself be with the discomfort, the fantasy, the yearning. There’s truth in the in-between. Learn to trust your own timing, even when it looks different from the world around you.
Give From Wholeness, Not Obligation.
Get radically honest about what drains you and what feeds you. Service is sacred when it’s not self-sacrifice. Create strong boundaries, and you’ll notice how much more powerful and sustainable your impact becomes.
Let Leadership Find You.
You don’t need to perform or prove. Just be deeply yourself — the version of you that listens, feels, responds, and uplifts. Real leadership arises when you’re living your truth — not when you’re trying to lead.
Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
My ideal client is someone who’s reached a point in their life where they can’t keep performing, people-pleasing, or outsourcing their truth. They may not know what’s next — but they feel the stirrings of something ancient, real, and wildly honest wanting to come through. They’re ready to remember. Ready to feel again. Ready to root into a deeper kind of presence that doesn’t require constant output or proving.
They’re not looking for a quick fix or a performance coach. They’re looking for truth, for integration, for the reclamation of the parts of themselves they’ve had to leave behind to survive. They have the courage to sit in the in-between — to be with the not-knowing, the unraveling, the grief and gold of it all.
They may be leaders, visionaries, healers, or creators — but more than titles, they’re committed to living a life that feels like theirs. They’re curious, emotionally intelligent (or willing to get there), and open to being called lovingly into their full integrity.
I work best with those who want depth, who know the value of presence, and who are no longer interested in being impressive — they want to be real. They want to live from alignment, not performance. And they’re willing to feel what they need to feel to get there.
