Amy, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
I believe my resilience comes from within. Life has thrown me plenty of challenges but I’ve always found a way to bounce back. I’m also fortunate to have strong support around me and was raised with the mindset to never give up, no matter how tough things get.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, the three things that made the biggest impact on my journey were resilience, strong communication, and being adaptable.
Resilience kept me going through the ups and downs. Communication helped me build real connections—whether I was on camera or working with clients. And adaptability allowed me to grow, pivot, and say yes to new opportunities.
My advice? Keep showing up, even when it’s hard. Stay curious, listen more than you speak, and be open to learning as you go. That’s where the growth happens.
