We were lucky to catch up with Amya Janine recently and have shared our conversation below.
Amya, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?
I gained optimism by trusting in God and letting him direct my path. God created my path before I was even brought into this world. As long as I put my faith in him and work then all things will fall into place. In the word of God he has promised in Proverbs 16:3 “Ask the Lord to bless your plans and you will be successful in carrying them out.” I worry about nothing and I give it to God.

The Don Agency was founded in 2021 by Amya Janine. When I first became an entrepreneur I wasted so much time, thousands of dollars, blood, sweat & tears into trying to find the right strategies, classes and blue print to create successful brands. Even through the trials and tribulations of the business world I learned how to become a successful entrepreneur and grew tremendously. Now I want to teach other entrepreneurs how to do the same. There are so many entrepreneurs that are tired of trying to figure everything out on their own spending ridiculous hours & money. Here at TDA we create successful brands offering a ONE STOP BRANDING AGENCY to our students. Here at TDA we give our students the access to the tools, training and resoures you need to elevate into a bigger bag. Creating one platform you can access to graduate to success! There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I think my three qualities that were most impactful on my journey as entrepreneur is being patient, stop rushing perfection. It’s not a race it’s a marathon. Two, always stay professional no matter what. Your customers will always appreciate and remember to work with you in the future. Three, Determination. Always keep going, it doesn’t matter what comes your way if it was easy everyone would be rich.
Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
The most impactful thing my parents did for me was believing in me. They never forced me to do anything I didn’t want to do with my life. They might have gave me advice but they were always behind me with any decision in life. They always pushed me to my full potential and gave me knowledge to be successful.
