Meet Ana Najera

We recently connected with Ana Najera and have shared our conversation below.

Ana, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
This is an easy one, overall my life purpose are my boys and staying truth to myself . I do have different ones that evolve over time.
Here are some things that I do to always stay true to myself.
*Take time to yourself, knowing my values and passions. Reflecting on whatever has brought you joy.
* Setting goals. Write them down and revisit them daily or weekly.
*Get out of your comfort zone. Always try to challenge yourself . This will develop a self confidence and will make
*Never stop learning. From books, audiobooks, podcasts, etc dedicate time each day to learn something.
* Be grateful (write at least 3 things that you are grateful every day.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
My Name is Ana and I am married and have 4 wonderful boys that are my life. I have been entrepreneur since my teenage years. I always had something going on. from selling chocolate turtles to several stores, then personalized gifts, stationary, etc… you name it, I probably did it. I have always been a creative crafty person, I Iove cooking, design, photography, etc. I mayor in Graphic Design and worked as a Creative Director for several years before having my family.

When my 4th baby was born I had this desire to start growing my social media and share my parenting, cooking, crafts knowledge with anyone who wanted it so 40LITTLETOES was born. A family blog sharing my daily little stories and because I am so visual this was a very exciting and fun job for me as Instagram is a visual platform, then came Pinterest, Tiktok, etc… I started sharing in all this platforms a little bit of my everyday life and truly enjoy it and it has been incredible to have worked with amazing well known world brands that love and trust my work.

During 2020 while we were all at home I had this huge desire to start a new venture I have always been a super fan of candles and scents… but I really hated it that the really nice ones are super expensive so I thought to start a Luxury Candle and Scent line with better prices so 4LT HOME was born and it has been a roller coaster and still learning and growing.

So for my future I would love to continue with Social Media and grow 4lT Home and who knows maybe add another branch of the family of business.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Tenacity and dedication. Go for it and do NOT quit before you have succeeded (its ok to shift and pivot) but if it can be done you can do it! Do not hold back in expense of someone else much less of what others will think. Be you and do it for you.
Patience, patience is a virtue that is good in all areas of our lives, we tend to want everything quickly, just remember dood things take time.

Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?
I have so many good books, I like to read about self improving, mindset books, but maybe the top 3 that I would recommend having in your library are: Zig ziglars a view from the top.
Bob Proctor’s Change your Paradigm change your life.
The Power of Intention from Wayne Dyer
