Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Ana Yepes. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Ana, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
When you asked me this question in my mind the word challenge came right away. I was challenged! As I came into this world, I remember since I was a little girl, with a very strong feeling of what was right for me, I noticed incongruent situations and asked myself why. I was always the “black sheep’ the one that went the other way, the one who always asked why! And as I’m writing this with the idea of being challenged by life, I had a funny feeling that it was the other way around I came to challenge the life I was born into, challenge the status quo. So to make a long story short I knew, I had a certainty that life was to not suffer but to love, I didn’t know how but I got my resilience from that certainty that It had to be a better way of living than judging others and feeling separated.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
Imagine a world where we can transform pain into health and fulfillment through conscious awareness! This is the essence of what we do. In our one-on-one sessions, workshops, and classes, we guide people to connect with their emotional blockages from a place of compassion, helping them shift perspectives and release what no longer serves them. By co-creating with our clients, we empower them to take concrete actions that lead to lasting change, building new pathways for personal growth and transformation.
Our approach integrates neuroscience, meditation, breathwork, emotional regulation techniques, and the methodology of Conscious Integration, which I developed. The goal is to support individuals in becoming conscious creators of their lives, using practical strategies that they can integrate into their daily routines.
We are now a growing team of six highly experienced coaches, each with unique gifts that allow us to dive deep into our clients’ worlds. Together, we create a multidimensional experience, helping people not only release emotional blockages but also build sustainable habits that support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our collective expertise broadens the scope of our work, allowing us to offer personalized support that meets each client’s unique needs.
As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our offerings. We are launching new online programs, such as Respiratory Conexion and 6 Steps to Learn How to Meditate, which are designed to help individuals overcome anxiety, fear, and scarcity by using mindfulness and neuroscience-based techniques. Additionally, we’re offering special packages that include pre-session integration support, allowing clients to experience the full impact of this transformative work in their everyday lives.
Our mission is to guide more people toward a state of balance, fulfillment, and peace. We believe in the power of conscious co-creation and are thrilled to bring this vision to life for those ready to embark on their own transformative journey.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, three key qualities and skills have been most impactful in my journey: self-awareness, adaptability, and bravery.
Self-awareness: This is the foundation of all personal growth. Understanding my own patterns, fears, and limiting beliefs has been essential for my transformation and the work I do with others. For anyone starting their journey, developing self-awareness is crucial. Practices like meditation, breathwork, and journaling help you connect with your inner self, which is the first step toward meaningful change.
Adaptability: Life is full of unexpected twists, and being adaptable has allowed me to navigate those changes with resilience. Shifting from engineering and business management to health and wellness was a major pivot, and adaptability was key to embracing that change. My advice is to remain open to new directions, even when they challenge your previous plans. Growth often means evolving in ways you didn’t expect, so embrace the journey and trust the process.
Bravery: Personal development requires courage. To truly grow and evolve, you need to be brave enough to face the challenges that arise within yourself. Often, the biggest resistance comes from within—it’s you against you. But when you push through that discomfort and mental resistance, your higher self always wins. My advice is to have the bravery to keep going, even when it gets tough because that’s when real transformation happens.
For those just starting, remember that growth often involves discomfort, but it’s also where the most rewarding breakthroughs occur. Stay adaptable, be patient with yourself, and have the courage to face the challenges ahead.
How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Absolutely! I’m always open to collaboration, and I truly believe that cooperation is a key element in human evolution. My work spans across different industries, not just health and wellness. For example, I collaborate with platforms like FintelHub and AgentPro in the finance and business sectors, where I provide emotional tools to help professionals manage stress and overcome challenges. I’ve also worked with Venprendedoras, an entrepreneurship platform, to support entrepreneurs in overcoming fear and anxiety, which are often major obstacles to their success.
I’m especially interested in collaborating with individuals and organizations who operate from an abundance mindset and are committed to personal growth, transformation, and making a meaningful impact. Whether you’re in business, finance, wellness, or any other industry, if you believe in these values, I would love to explore how we can co-create something powerful together.
Feel free to reach out and connect with me through my website or social media platforms. Let’s join forces and elevate not only ourselves but also the communities we serve.
