Hi Anai, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
Work ethic has always come naturally to me. I genuinely love to work and thrive when I’m staying busy and productive. I come from a family of entrepreneurs, so I feel like that drive is in my nature. Watching my mom run her business and seeing how dedicated she is to her clients has had a big influence on me. Her commitment, professionalism, and consistency are values I’ve absorbed and apply to everything I do.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
We started Sorted Spaces back in 2021 when I was a junior in undergrad. Since then, we’ve been committed to creating organized spaces that truly work. What we do is more than just organizing — it’s about people. It’s about helping them create environments where they can thrive and guiding them to evaluate what truly matters in their lives.
I run this business with my high school sweetheart, Jason, and it has been such a fun and meaningful journey for both of us. Our love for this work comes from our own experiences growing up in disorganized spaces. We found empowerment through creating order and control in our own lives, and now we’re passionate about sharing that same sense of peace and clarity with our clients.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Through my journey building Sorted Spaces, I’ve learned that three qualities are especially important: just going for it, being open to learning, and building strong client connections with empathy and attention to detail. For anyone starting out, my advice is to embrace these qualities as well.
Start by taking action, even if you don’t have all the answers. Keep learning every day from people around you and from your experiences. And above all, focus on truly understanding and connecting with your clients. It’s the small details and genuine care that make all the difference.
