Hi Anastasia, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
Personally, I found my purpose by identifying my passions. What would you do for free that restores your faith, assist your community in a positive way, and brings you peace of mind? That is usually where you’ll find your purpose. There.. you will find your gift. God promises your gifts will make room for you indeed.

Anastasia Donelson, widely known as La’Flare Faces, is a distinguished expert in makeup artistry, eyelash services, and aesthetic skin treatments. With over 15 years of experience, Anastasia has contributed to high-profile television productions including CNN, NBC, Food Network, and Family Dollar, and has worked with notable celebrities such as Elise Neal and Lloyd Boston, as well as the Down Home with the Neelys.
Her expertise extends across various specialties including skincare, bridal, runway, photography, high fashion, and special events. Anastasia is also a dedicated educator, inspiring and mentoring emerging talent in the industry. Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Three very important focal points in my journey would be
1. Stay Inspired: seeking inspiration and/or trends prove that you are a leader in your market
2. Develop your skills: invest, practice, and master your niche
3. Network: With everyone business professional. Collaborate and connect with all attached to your business. Referral and word of mouth equals long term business.
What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?
My certification in agriculture has been my most recent accomplishments that I am proud of. I’m ecstatic to incorporate my knowledge in natural ingredients, herbs, skincare, and cosmetics.
