Hi Anastasiia, appreciate you sitting with us today. Maybe we can start with a topic that we care deeply about because it’s something we’ve found really sets folks apart and can make all the difference in whether someone reaches their goals. Self discipline seems to have an outsized impact on how someone’s life plays out and so we’d love to hear about how you developed yours?
Interestingly enough, my self-discipline has been greatly honed by my 8-month-old daughter. Her arrival was a turning point for me in understanding the true value of time. This realization has made me far more efficient in juggling my business, personal tasks, and time with my family. Additionally, I’m currently in a Master’s program in Brand Strategy and Brand Design, which includes daily online sessions of 2-3 hours and extensive homework, except on Sundays. What’s fascinating is that the more I have on my plate in terms of tasks and commitments, the more I seem to achieve and the more efficient I become. Now, I am driven to make the most of every minute, whether it’s with my daughter and husband, my business, or my studies.

Passionate branding visionary and founder of a dynamic design agency, I’m all about giving startups and businesses a standout identity and packaging that tells their story. Living at the intersection of creativity and strategy, I’m also a master’s student diving deep into the art of branding.
As a mother, I balance my professional and academic endeavors with family life, bringing a unique perspective and exceptional time-management skills to all my roles. I am also an organizer of creative art events, where I blend my passion for art with community engagement.
Originally from Russia, with Siberian roots, I now reside in California. This diverse background enriches my approach to branding, allowing me to blend a global perspective with local insights.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The three key elements in my journey have been resilience, strategic thinking, and continuous learning.
To build resilience, constantly challenge yourself and view setbacks as growth opportunities. For strategic thinking, always consider the big picture and be adaptable. And for continuous learning, seize every chance to gain knowledge, whether through education or real-world experiences. These skills are vital for anyone at the start of their career.
