Meet Andrea Stanley

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Andrea Stanley. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Andrea, thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?
I think my optimism comes from faith. If you put in the hard work, have Patience’s on the outcome I know that, that thing I put my energy forward will fall exactly into place.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
Loving what you do is really key to a fulfilling life. I love the creativity that baking has, playing with recipes, or hand painting a cake, bring your vision to life. Right now I’m working on a podcast, shipping to anyone in the US, and adding a few more coffee shops to my calendar. Please stay tunes on my instagram for all the updates.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back to three qualities or skills of knowledge that was most impactful in my journey are, stay consistent, it’s ok to make mistakes, and always look for more ways to make content.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
It really does take a village. I have my spouse that is always willing to give a hand, he will make deliveries or hold the fork down at home on busy weeks. I have two really great friends that are in different industries but very business savvy that I look too a lot. And the community I’m in, the constant orders, the feedback, the “can we try this crazy idea” has pushed me out of my comfort zone.
