Meet Andrés Bojórquez

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Andrés Bojórquez. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Andrés , thank you so much for making time for us today. We’re excited to discuss a handful of topics with you, but perhaps the most important one is around decision making. The ability to make decisions is a key requirement for anyone who wants to make a difference and so we’d love to hear about how you developed your decision-making skills.
Hello California !

I am Andrés Bojórquez from Vincenza Real Estate and I usually have to take decisions for our sales team and my closing deals too , In the beginning it was hard with no experience being just a graduated kid , over the years and the constant closing I have developed my decision-making skills with the help of the experience . Usually if you have 1 closing deal or you are closing 3 listings first you have to maintain calm , second you have to analyze the options calmly and third you have to be fast but effectively .

Think ! , but don’t let your feelings think for you.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
Vincenza Real Estate is specialized on luxury real estate , but with the nearshoring in Mexico we are always adapting and enter in the game . Nearshoring is boosting industrial real estate in Mexico and we are looking forward with this opportunity.

Professionalism , business ethics and more sales is what I always keep improving. I am glad that our clients are satisfied with our quality service.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I am always reading and preparing myself with new videos , good , qualify and positive content , the skill is that with our experience we are always looking to grow up and keeping in touch with real estate developers , consulters and with our satisfied clients . And for last the area of knowledge i had built is that I am International business and graduated and I have a Masters in Tax Law.

My advice to the ones that are in their journey is that always do what you are interested too , prepare and developed more knowledge and experience in your field. You like some subject ? specialized in it ! yo will not become successful in your work if you don’t chase your dreams .

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
