Meet Andrew Rezman

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Andrew Rezman. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Andrew below.

Andrew, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

Being in the Content Creator space you are going to have many people that judge you in the beginning. You really have to love what you do and remember that hard work always pays off. I believe confidence is something that is acquired and not born with. over time and through trails someone build confidence. I believe this trait is one of the most important in any line of work. you must be confidence in not just appearance but in your work. I take pride in my work because I am proud of every video that I have created. No one is perfect and confidence/self-esteem is something that can be increased all it takes is practice.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

My name is Andrew Rezman and I am a content creator under the handle andrew_rezman. I have been creating videos for around a year and have gained a following of around 45k. Though it is a small number I am proud and love every one of my followers. If you asked what my niche was I would say that it is lifestyle but I would not like to have a niche. My goal is to form a following that is there for me rather than a specific niche so that we form a sort of family.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The three most important skills/qualities to have are dedication, passion, and confidence. While putting it into three words is easy actually doing these things to the fullest is difficult. I struggle with these traits a lot of the time. It is hard to have confidence when things are not working out. Sometimes it feels like the world is against you but you have to have dedication and tell yourself that it will work out. Each of these traits work together to help each other.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?

The most impactful book I have ever read is called Hook Point. It tells you how to stand out in a “3 second world”. There are so many things going on at once and people scroll through hundreds of videos a day. You have to find a way to stand out or else you will just become just another person within a sea of others. You must stand out and create your own style. I just found the book interesting because all of it is true. I realized I would get into a trance while on social media and would only watch a video that kept my attention. The first three seconds of an interaction are the most important both on social media and in person.
