Meet Angelique Letizia

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Angelique Letizia a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Angelique, so happy you were able to devote some time to sharing your thoughts and wisdom with our community. So, we’ve always admired how you have seemingly never let nay-sayers or haters keep you down. Can you talk to us about how to persist despite the negative energy that so often is thrown at folks trying to do something special with their lives?

It’s taken me years, but I finally feel like I know who I am.
I’m no longer seeking external validation for my existence—and I’ve stopped apologizing for being me.

What I’ve learned is this: most people who try to tear you down aren’t really seeing you at all. They’re reacting to something unresolved within themselves. And I don’t carry that anymore. I don’t wear it. I let them keep their projections.

I’ve been slandered, ghosted, misread—had my light twisted into something it’s not. And yes, it used to hurt. Deeply. But I see it differently now. That kind of reaction is a “them’ problem. And I’ve stopped making it mine.

So when that energy shows up, I alchemize it.

I don’t absorb it—I redirect it.
I flip the frequency.
I speak to the energy, not the ego.
And I transmute it into something that serves my path.

That’s how I stay clear. It’s how I move through the world without letting the world move through me.

In this space, you realize you don’t need everyone to understand you. You just need to stay in alignment with your truth. And when that truth is anchored in confidence, it becomes both a healer and a compass for your highest good.

I don’t stop. I don’t shrink. I move forward with grace, with clarity, and fully in my light.

Because I’m not here to convince anyone.
I’m here to be unapologetically me.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I’m a storyteller, energy alchemist, and founder of Starr Films—a creative and spiritual production company that weaves consciousness into culture through story. My work spans writing, speaking, film, and energetic frameworks designed to help people remember who they are and reclaim their light.

Right now, I’m focused on two parallel paths rooted in transformation.

The first is my inspirational platform and book, Keep Shining, which offers practical guidance for mastering your energy and elevating your life. It’s part daily reset, part spiritual blueprint, and all heart. I’ve built a community around the belief that you don’t need to be perfect to be powerful—you just need to stay aligned with your truth. Keep Shining is about helping people do exactly that.

The second is my scripted sci-fi series, BLACKOUT, which explores consciousness, cosmic technology, and the battle to reclaim humanity’s stolen timeline. It’s epic, cinematic, and layered with ancient wisdom and futuristic insight.

What I love most about my work is that it doesn’t fit in a box—and neither do I. Everything I create is designed to wake something up in people. A memory. A frequency. A feeling that maybe they’ve forgotten who they are, but they’re ready to remember.

I believe art has the power to shift reality, to change perspective, and, in its own way, to heal the collective consciousness.

Right now, I’m launching a new framework under the KEEP SHINING brand called CALL CUT a method that teaches people how to disrupt negative energy patterns in real-time, reset their frequency and align with their highest potential. I’m also working on a course** that guides people in cracking their own energetic blueprint and stepping into their power without force.

Everything I do—whether it’s a post, a story, a ritual, or a screenplay—is designed to elevate, awaken, and realign. That’s the mission. That’s the heartbeat behind the brand.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, I’d say the most impactful elements of my journey weren’t things I was taught in a classroom. They were qualities I had to remember—through experience, pain, and grace.

1. Intuition.
Learning to trust that quiet voice within changed everything. The world will try to convince you that logic is king—but the soul knows more than the mind can measure.

My advice? Listen more than you seek. Wait for the knowing. Trust your inner compass—even when it contradicts what everyone else is doing.

2. Resilience.
There were seasons I had to rebuild from scratch. Moments where I lost everything except the fire in my chest. What carried me was the understanding that breakdown is often initiation.
To those starting out: Don’t fear the fall. It’s where the ground reshapes itself beneath you. Let it. You’re not broken. You’re becoming.

3. Energy, Frequency, Vibration
This was the game-changer. When I realized that energy precedes reality—and that we’re always broadcasting something—I stopped trying to control outcomes and started aligning my vibration.
Start small. Notice how you feel after a conversation. After a thought. After a choice. Your energy field is your first language. Learn how to speak it fluently.

In the end, this isn’t about mastering the world—it’s about mastering your inner world. Everything else flows from there.

You don’t need to be perfect to move forward. You just need to be present. And a little bit brave.

Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?

If I knew I had only a decade left, I would live like the veil had already lifted.

I would write the books that haunt my dreams. I would speak the truth that burns in my chest. And I would love—fully, fiercely, without armor.

I would pour everything I’ve carried—every vision, every knowing, every hard-earned truth—into the hands of those who are ready to rise. I wouldn’t waste time trying to convince the world. I would speak only to the ones who feel it.

I’d create stories that crack open timelines, build sacred spaces where people remember their light, and teach others how to heal their energy, rewrite their code, and anchor their soul’s highest frequency into this physical world.

I’d laugh more—and worry less. I’d spend every moment I could with my husband and son, reminding them just how deeply they are loved. I’d dance every day to remember the girl who once danced through everything. And each night, I’d stare at the sky until it spoke back.

I wouldn’t waste a breath on anything hollow. I’d spend my days crafting real moments, radiant and reverent—designed to echo across lifetimes

Because at the end of it all, I don’t want to be remembered for what I accomplished. I want to be remembered for the way I moved through the world. With love. With presence. And with a light that made others remember their own.
