Hi Angella, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
I think resilience is one of the things life teaches you. It’s like clay in a potter’s hands. The potter has a vision of the design, picks the best clay to bring the image in mind to life. Now, that clay will go through a range of processes like trimming, blasting, glazing to form a beautiful strong vase that serves it’s purpose. What others see as dirt, He sees as a master piece. Each unique in it’s own way.I look at it in this perspective. God is the Potter and we are the clay.

I’m the founder of Creena Beauty, a beauty brand currently specializing on moisturizing lip glosses. Autumn is here and we have something wonderful in stock for you guys. There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
1.Faith- You’ve got to believe that it is possible, visualize it, have a strong and powerful why because you’ll need to remind yourself of that why when it gets tough.
2.Know your target market very well, it will save you a lot of time and money
3.Research- Do as much research as you can before starting, so you have less surprises. Invest in a course and take classes on areas you’re not good at. Ask other business owners for advice. A simple detail can make a difference
4.Marketing- Use social media, it’s one of the greatest tools out there.
