Meet Angie Kraft-meldahl

 

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Angie Kraft-meldahl a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Angie, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

It was a health crisis that got me on the path of my purpose and healing. I found myself in a situation where I had zero options other than to explore energy healing, and this is the path that ultimately has been a big part of my purpose that I share with others.

The breaking point for me was when my body was breaking down in my mid-20s, it was around 2002. I was a mess. I received a diagnosis of genetic kidney dysfunction, which was causing me to lose potassium at alarming rates. I was taking 13 pills a day at one point to manage it.

It felt like my body was failing me. Being so young I was excited to start my life with my husband, yet all I could do was go to work, come home, and sleep. I knew that taking that many meds was not going to work for me long-term. At this point in my life, I was just surviving, moment by moment.

I was learning about the law of attraction at that time and I set the intention and held the vision for my recovery from my health crisis. In 2007 my acupuncturist asked me if I had ever thought about taking reiki training. I had no idea what reiki was when she mentioned it. She explained that I could do self-healing, and as she shared more, I knew that was for me.

I did the reiki training and practiced self-healing every day for a year. It was my first step into energy healing. Within one year I was off of all of the medication. I went to my Doctor to have labs drawn and they just scratched their heads. No one could explain how I could have healed from this genetic disease.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I am the author of the Amazon Bestseller: Creation Codes Rise of the Goddess–Navigating Spiritual Awakening and Kundalini Energy. I am also a master sound healer, Divine Feminine activator, and law of attraction coach who believes that you deserve vibrant success and fulfillment on YOUR terms.

I empower awakening women, female soul-led entrepreneurs, and lightworkers to liberate their inner goddess, unleash their intuitive gifts, and unlock their creative potential so they can experience expansive fulfillment. I help women release the outdated ideas of what success “looks like” and the exhausting masculine grind of pushing and competition.

When I left the hyper-masculine corporate world in 2017 to pursue my dream of creating a spiritual coaching and healing business, I quickly realized I was still trapped in my masculine energy—pushing, striving, and trying to force it all to happen.

It wasn’t until years of offering coaching, guiding women to awaken their intuitive gifts, and experiencing my own deep healing journey that I truly understood the transformative freedom and power of awakening my Divine Feminine and healing my inner Divine Masculine.

Through this journey, I discovered my own inner harmony and discovered the four pillars of the embodied Goddess: awakening your intuitive gifts and healing abilities, embracing your sacred sensuality, igniting your creative potential, and opening to receive the financial abundance you desire.

As I fully embodied these pillars, a profound calling awakened within me—a deep desire to share the ancient wisdom of the sacred Divine Feminine with other soul-led women and lightworkers like you. I felt deeply inspired to empower women to liberate their inner Goddess essence and uncover their true soul purpose.

Success doesn’t have to come from operating in overdrive with masculine energy. I teach women how to heal and harmonize their inner masculine and feminine energies, allowing their authentic selves to flow naturally into inspired action. When this balance is achieved, it creates space for unlocking intuitive gifts, unleashing creativity, attracting financial abundance, and fully embracing sacred sensuality.

My signature approach in my Goddess Society membership, courses, workshops, and 1:1 sessions combines intuitive coaching, Divine Feminine sound frequency activations, manifestation processes, energy clearing, and alignment all while incorporating the perfect amount of structured strategy. This unique blend helps women rise to new levels of success and fulfillment, achieving more by doing less.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, three qualities, skills and areas of knowledge stand out as the most impactful in my journey have been:

1. Unearthing My Authentic Truth through Book Writing:
Writing books has been a transformative experience for me. It’s not just about sharing my knowledge or leaving a legacy; it’s about deep self-reflection and finding my authentic truth. The process of writing allows me to confront parts of my journey that I haven’t fully understood or wanted to acknowledge. It helps me connect the dots, see myself fully, and accept the divine purpose in each experience. It’s a powerful transformative process to put your name to words that could be in print for the next 1000 years.

2. Being Open to Constant Change and Growth as an Entrepreneur:
Entrepreneurship is not just a career choice, it’s a spiritual journey. It demands constant growth, self-discovery, and expansion. The willingness to embrace change has been crucial for me, as each phase of my business mirrors my inner evolution. Being an entrepreneur means you’re perpetually working on yourself, shedding old beliefs, and stepping into new versions of who you are meant to be. It’s a process of surrender and trust, knowing that change is not something to fear but to embrace.

3. Understanding the Energetics of Money and Wealth
My relationship with money transformed early on in my entrepreneurial journey when I began to understand its energetics. I realized that receiving money isn’t limited to the ways you can imagine—it can flow to you through countless, unexpected channels Instead, So many entrepreneurs don’t know this and they limit themselves by believing that money must come through specific channels, cutting themselves off from the financial abundance that the universe is ready to provide. For me, this shift in consciousness allowed me to grow my business and my wealth while focusing on what I love, creating financial and time freedom.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?

The most influential people in helping me overcome challenges and build the skills for success have been spiritual and business coaches. Coaching is truly transformative because it allows you to work with someone who has walked the path before you and understands the journey and its challenges.

What makes it so powerful is their ability to guide you, not by giving you all the answers, but by helping you uncover them within yourself. Coaches ask you the right questions, hold space for your growth, and empower you to tap into your inner wisdom—the part of you that knows the way forward.
