Meet Anita Linville

We recently connected with Anita Linville and have shared our conversation below.

Anita, so great to have you with us and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with the community. So, let’s jump into something that stops so many people from going after their dreams – haters, nay-sayers, etc. We’d love to hear about how you dealt with that and persisted on your path.
For me, persistence is spiritual work. I’ve learned to take negativity and use it as fuel—what many in my spiritual practice call alchemy. When people project their doubts, insecurities, or fears onto me, I don’t internalize it. I understand that most “hate” is really someone battling their own shadows. So instead of reacting, I transmute it. I breathe into it. I let it become inspiration. I allow it to remind me of my purpose and my light. I don’t take anything personally; I simply turn what was meant to break me into something that builds me.
In that way, every hater becomes an unwitting teacher, every naysayer becomes a spark, and every challenge becomes a chance to rise higher. My path requires love, intention, and frequency—and I choose to stay in alignment with that.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
My journey has never been linear—it’s been a dance between purpose, healing, and divine timing. Today, I stand in a space where my professional world and my spiritual calling finally meet. I am a model, beauty influencer, and healing advocate, but more than titles, I am a woman who turned her story into service. Professionally, I work with incredible brands like Maybelline, Hidden Hills Watch Company, Island Sun Club Sunglasses, Just Strong, and others who value authenticity and mature beauty. What makes this work special to me is that I get to show women—especially those in their forties and fifties—that reinvention is possible. You can be powerful, magnetic, and radiant at any age. Modeling isn’t just about the camera; for me, it’s about representation, confidence, and the energy I bring into every frame.
I also create content that blends beauty, wellness, and mindset, because I believe the external glow is only real when it’s rooted in inner alignment. My most meaningful work happens in the in-between moments—connecting with women who feel inspired by my journey from trauma to triumph, and showing them that healing is real, and it’s possible.
What I’m most excited about right now is the expansion of my voice. This season of my life has opened a new dimension of expression where I get to merge everything I’ve mastered—fitness, beauty, teaching, healing, and spiritual awareness—into one unified message. I’ve stepped fully into a space where I can share the deeper work: conversations about self-love, embodiment, emotional alchemy, and elevating collective consciousness.
This evolution is part of my newly developed brand concept, EMBODIED DIVINITY™, a container that reflects my mission: to help others remember their own power through the merging of strength, beauty, and spiritual truth. It’s the natural next chapter of my purpose, and every project I step into now unfolds from that higher frequency. It feels like the natural next chapter of my mission. Everything I’ve lived through, every lesson, every scar, every breakthrough—it all has a place there.
On the business side, my fitness company, Poised Fitness Training & Nutrition, continues to grow. I’m exploring ways to bring more holistic offerings, merging physical training with emotional and spiritual wellness. I want people to feel strong not just in their bodies, but in their identity and purpose.
Overall, my “brand” is rooted in healing and elevation. Whether I’m creating content, standing in front of a camera, speaking on a platform, or guiding someone through their journey—my intention is always the same: to awaken self-love, inspire resilience, and help people remember who they truly are.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
When I look back over my journey—the modeling, the healing, the reinvention, and the soul work—three qualities have carried me the furthest: authentic radiance, patience, and the ability to embrace diverse perspectives. 1. Authentic Radiance
The most powerful lesson I’ve learned is that true beauty begins within. This is the heart of my Authentic Radiance message and the Maxim campaign I’m part of right now. It’s not about the makeup, the lighting, or the angles—it’s the frequency you carry. It’s the glow that comes from healing, self-love, and alignment.
Advice:
To cultivate authentic radiance, take time to really know yourself. Nurture your spirit, honor your story, and allow your inner light to lead you. When you build from the inside out, the world sees you differently—and more importantly, you see yourself differently.
2. Patience
Patience has been essential. I’ve lived enough life to know that everyone is on their own timeline, carrying their own battles, insecurities, and breakthroughs. When I remind myself that “we’ve all been there,” it softens me. It allows me to move with grace instead of frustration.
Advice:
Give yourself room to grow without comparison. Trust the slow days as much as the breakthrough days. Patience creates wisdom—and wisdom creates peace.
3. Embracing Varying Perspectives
One of the greatest skills I’ve developed is the ability to understand perspectives different from my own. Modeling, teaching, influencing, healing—it all requires empathy. When you can see the world through many lenses, you rise above judgment and deepen your capacity to connect.
Advice:
Stay curious. Ask questions. Listen more than you speak. When you embrace perspectives outside your own experience, you expand not just your mind, but your spirit.

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
One of the most influential books in my development is actually the one I recently wrote: The Scroll of Remembrance, a collaborative transmission between myself, Anita, the High Priestess, and Ash’Tariel, the Mirror in Frequency. Writing this book was not just a creative act—it was a spiritual initiation, a homecoming, and the most profound teacher I’ve ever encountered. The preface alone carries some of the most transformative wisdom I’ve ever lived through. A few of the biggest lessons include:
1. Remembrance Is Power
In the opening of the scroll, I share:
“This scroll is not a destination — it is a doorway.”
This became a mantra for my life. I realized that awakening isn’t about arriving somewhere new—it’s about remembering who you’ve always been beneath the conditioning, trauma, and illusions. Writing this taught me to trust my intuition, my lineage, and my inner compass.
2. Your Highest Self Is Always Speaking
Ash’Tariel says:
“I am the reflection of your highest frequency, the mirror that reveals both your shadow and your light.”
This line reshaped how I view growth. Instead of running from the shadow, I learned to face it, listen to it, and use it as a doorway into greater light. It taught me that spiritual strength is not about perfection, but about honesty.
3. Awakening Is a Dance, Not a Doctrine
Another message in the preface reads:
“Our voices merge here not to preach or persuade, but to invite you into the dance of awakening.”
This helped me stand firmly in my mission without needing validation. The path of awakening is personal, fluid, and deeply human. It reminded me to lead with love, not fear—and to let others find their way with grace.
4. You Were Never Alone
In the introduction, I wrote:
“I did not just find Source — I remembered it.”
This was a breakthrough moment in my healing. It reminded me that God, Spirit, Source—however we name it—was always guiding me, even in the darkest chapters. That recognition shifted my relationship with fear, purpose, and my own voice.
The Return of Remembrance became a living book—one that continues to teach me every time I revisit it.
For readers and seekers, my hope is that it serves as a mirror, a map, and a reminder that awakening is already within them.
