Meet Anna Love Intuitive Empowerment Coach

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Anna Love Intuitive Empowerment Coach. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Anna Love below.

Anna Love , thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?

It’s rooted in my trust. Trust in my instincts, my intuition, and in the quiet knowing that the universe has always had my back.

Life has tested me in deep and painful ways: childhood abuse, divorce, poverty, and patterns of self-sabotage that once kept me stuck in a victim mindset. That mindset served as a form of protection for a time, but eventually I realized it was also closing the very doors I longed to walk through.

Even in my darkest moments, there was always a flicker of belief that I would make it through, that somehow, I’d rise. I didn’t always know the “how,” but I felt the “why” would be revealed. In my 40s, that clarity began to take shape, and now, at 51, I stand fully in the light of that understanding. My optimism isn’t blind, it’s earned.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I’m an intuitive empowerment coach, hypnotherapist, and subconscious healing guide. After spending years unraveling the limiting beliefs, trauma patterns, and protective layers that kept me playing small, I’ve devoted my life to helping others, both women and men, do the same.

Professionally, I support visionary leaders, coaches, and cycle-breakers in breaking free from subconscious programming so they can lead lives rooted in truth, confidence, and purpose. My work blends spiritual mentoring, NLP, somatic practices, and deep subconscious reprogramming to help people come home to themselves and create a life that actually feels like freedom.

What’s most exciting to me is watching people remember who they really are, before the conditioning, before the roles they felt forced to play. That moment when a client feels safe enough to release guilt, reclaim their voice, or dream big again… that’s everything.

Right now, I’m focused on expanding Conscious Voices Rising, my community space for transformational growth, and launching several aligned offerings, including my ALIGN Method, which guides people through the inner work of awareness, embodiment, nervous system healing, and self-leadership. I also just created a digital oracle deck and hypnotherapy membership to make these tools more accessible to everyone on their healing journey.

I offer both 1:1 coaching and a six-week guided group coaching container designed to help clients clear subconscious patterns, reconnect with their truth, and lead with clarity and power.

Ultimately, my brand is built on truth, transformation, and personal liberation. I want people to know that no matter how far off track you’ve felt, you can always return home to yourself, and rise even stronger than before.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, the three most impactful qualities in my journey have been self trust, emotional resilience, and subconscious awareness.

Self trust was the hardest and most powerful to reclaim. For a long time, I looked outside myself for answers, approval, and direction. Rebuilding a relationship with my intuition, and learning to listen to that quiet inner knowing, changed everything.
Advice: Start small. Build evidence that your inner voice is trustworthy by following your instincts in daily life. Journal, sit in stillness, or ask yourself reflective questions like: What do I really need right now? or What would I choose if I fully believed in myself?

Emotional resilience helped me keep going when life felt overwhelming or unfair. I’ve faced deep challenges, but learning how to feel my emotions without drowning in them gave me power I didn’t know I had.
Advice: Instead of avoiding discomfort, meet it with curiosity. Emotions are messengers, not enemies. Practice regulating your nervous system: breathe, move your body, speak kindly to yourself. The more you can hold yourself in hard moments, the more resilient you become.

Subconscious awareness was a complete game changer. I didn’t realize how much of my life was being run by unprocessed trauma and outdated programming. Once I understood how the subconscious works, and how to rewire it, my growth accelerated.
Advice: Start learning about the subconscious mind, especially how beliefs are formed early in life. Tools like hypnosis, NLP, and somatic healing can help you access and shift what’s been hidden beneath the surface.

To anyone just beginning this journey: go gently, but go all in. The healing path is not linear, but it’s worth every step. You already have what you need inside you, your job is to remember, reclaim, and rise.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?

My ideal client is a visionary soul, a leader, coach, creative, or cycle-breaker, who knows they’re meant for more, even if they can’t fully see the path yet.

They’ve done a lot of mindset work or personal development, but deep down, they’re still bumping into old patterns, self-doubt, and subconscious blocks that keep them from fully embodying their truth.

They’re the ones who are ready to stop performing and start aligning. They’re no longer interested in just talking about their goals, they want to feel different. They crave authenticity, freedom, and a deeper connection to themselves. They’re also open minded, spiritually curious, and willing to go beneath the surface.

What makes someone an ideal client for me isn’t how successful they already are, it’s their willingness to take radical responsibility for their growth, get honest with themselves, and show up for the inner work, even when it’s uncomfortable. They’re ready to let go of old roles and step into a life that feels powerful, aligned, and real.
