Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Annabel Nacional. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Annabel, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I’ve always been passionate when comes to working, in this case with Social media I’ve learned that the more you put your heart and hard work to it the more you can have the tendency to have a success.. It’s not easy just like what everyone is saying because you do everything.. from filming your videos, editing, engaging to people etc. My works are more about Creative Makeup Looks and sometimes one video can take up to 12 hours to create! You need to really love what you do in order for you to have the best result when comes to work in general. When you’re happy with whatever work you do..things will always go smoothly.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Hi, my name is Anneprettyness. I’m a Social Media Content Creator. I do a lot of makeup contents in my channel, from Makeup Tutorials, product reviews, beauty events, newly launch products, lifestyle of someone living in Los Angeles.. but mostly I think the most exciting part is when I do Creative Makeup looks.. not only because its fun doing them but also you can stand out being a Creative Artist because not everyone can pull off those looks, they’re not easy to do.. it takes so much creative mind and time of course and there’s not a lot people that have the talent I mean everyone can try to do it but not everyone will have the best results.. It actually took me a long time to learn the things I know now in creating the looks so I mean if you’re someone that’s just starting to do this.. just have the patience and try to enjoy every bit of the process and one day you’ll see that you’re gonna become so good at it.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Patience, Dedication and the Love for what you do will always have a successful turn out. Most of us learn things from daily experiences, the mistakes we make also will have us learn from them. My advice to people who are early in the journey is that..you just gotta enjoy and love what you do! You never know who might be watching your videos, I never thought so many brands would be collaborating with me when I was just starting. And when you are happy with whatever work you do it will always give beautiful results! Do not feel discouraged when things don’t go your way and just like what my Mom always tell me : “There will always have a positive side no matter how bad the situations is” always concentrate on the brighter side. And also be always grateful to people who have helped you in the way.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

My followers who has been there since the beginning, just people who believe in me even when there were times that I don’t believe in myself… they just always give me the boost to keep going in my Social media career.. and I will always be grateful to that. And of course I would like to acknowledge my loved ones who’ve helped me along the way. First of, my Husband who’s always been so supportive of me, so patient when I’m filming..also he even comes with me most of the time when I attend events. And my Family.. my Mom Lucy, my baby Gabriel and Dolly. My Siblings Diane, Beth, Pj, RJ and all my niece and nephews and my Friends! All my loved ones who are my number one fans!
